I had an awful experience here this week. After filling up the tank on my way to the airport, I was offered a car wash on the premises for $ 6. I wanted to wash the rental car because it had gotten pretty dirty on our long trip and I did not want any issues with the return. My gas bill receipt included the $ 6 car wash. So far, so good. I get to the car wash entrance, and see an «Out of Order» sign. I go inside the Circle K store and request a refund. The lady working there says a refund is not possible because she is not trained on how to do it. I told her I have to catch a flight at the airport, and how can I get a refund? She tells me to call a person named ‘Cat’ who is the manager but is at some other location. I call there, and she is not available. I call back 20 minutes later, and Cat tells me to return to the store within the next 5 – 10 minutes for the refund because she is going home! I am catching a flight so how can I physically return to the store for the refund? I ask, ‘can’t you refund the $ 6 to my credit card that you charged?’ No, she says, I am out of luck. Cat was unpleasant through out the entire process. This was a rip off, plain and simple. I saw two other customers in the store ahead of me with the same issue. I recommend the several other nearby gas stations(e.g., Conoco) to avoid this rip-off establishment

Stopped in at Circle K for some cold refreshing beverages — I wanted some cold milk, a caffeine free Diet Coke, and a Gatorade. Strangely enough, they had zero caffeine free diet cola beverages. The only Gatorade they had were the large two 32 oz. bottles — I wanted a smaller size. So I bought the milk and a bag of Cheetos. There is a Shell gas station attached to this Circle K. I noticed that there is another Circle K immediately next door to this one — with a Conoco gas station. Weird.
