Last week, they ran out of wings. This week… we called ahead an hour… then had to wait ANOTHERHOUR to be seated. Unacceptable!

Food & beef is typical grub, servers are ok, the hostess at this one will not sit you at a booth even if there are 10 open, & will tell you she doesn’t have a server for that area, which includes most of the dining area bc the tables are dirty & full of cups! the floors are usually full of debris(food paper etc) tables are dirty(cups, plates) & I watched the workers wipe the paper & crumbs on to the floor. I’ve been here 5 times & is always the same. Find a different one

Food is horrible. Please spend extra time to go to Chili’s north off hwy 7 towards Brighton. It is 100% better cooked menu.

Chili’s used to be our go to place when we couldn’t all decide. We went with 3 adults and 3 kids. One of the adult orders came out first. He was completely finished before the rest of the order came out. The kids were starving by this point. One of the kids ordered a quesadilla. Instead they brought a grilled cheese. She had to wait for them to bring the quesadilla, and by then we were all finished. I had their new prime rib burrito. Mostly rice with about 5 little pieces of beef.(Chipotle would have beat it hands down.) And cold to boot. Our server was great, I could tell it was the kitchen that was causing the problem. Our server took off all 3 kids meals, but left on the grilled cheese we didn’t order. It was still quite expensive and very disappointing. They need some serious kitchen help. Are all restaurants losing their ability to put out a decent meal? It will be a very long time before I go back there again, if ever.

What’s going on with this fast food chain? Lately, we have been at different locations in California, Arizona and Colorado with escalating disappointments. Our last visit to the Denver location on 120th street, few days ago, was absolutely forgetful. We sat at the bar; the bartender appearance was poor and from our seating location we could see a very dirty kitchen with most of the staff playing games and laughing at each other. Little attempt on their part was made to deliver the food. Needless to say that our food arrived cold and tasteless. Most of the items on the menu have cilantro. It would appear that they use cilantro to infuse some sort of aroma in a bland food. Never again I will visit Chili’s. It use to be, in a very distant past, a decent place to spend a Friday or Saturday night with honest food and good drinks.

The food here is great but the service here is a bit slow. She brought out my dads drink first and i still have yet to get my drink. Took her awhile to greet us too. Step up your game!

I love Chili’s. There food is always fantastic. We ordered margaritas. The new watermelon margarita is way too sweet! But the house margarita was tasty as usual. Then we had chips & queso, which is a classic favorite of mine. It was great. My boyfriend had the quesadilla and I had the southwestern eggrolls, both were delicious. Our server was awesome! Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. But he was quick, attentive, and very friendly. Overall, a great visit :)

Chili’s is one of my all time favorite restaurants. The service was great and everyone there is extremely friendly. I love the salsa and I needed a box for my order and we had left over salsa. I told the waitress the salsa was my favorite salsa in the world so she gave me extra to go home. We were also seated right as we walked in. I loved seeing that the manager who seated us, because the hostess was seating someone else when we walked in, actually knew the place. I always feel managers at restaurants never really know the seating or anything at restaurants but he did. Super nice and outgoing. Honestly the only thing I could complain about was my seat wasn’t wiped down. There was salt all over it but that’s the only complaint I have oh and our table had empty ketchup that was taken care of right away by our awesome service.

Just got two take out orders. Worst burgers ever! The burgers tasted and looked like pre-frozen patties. Both orders had things left off the burgers. Very expensive and terrible food!!! Will never go back to this chilis again.

Just ate there last night within a few hours throwing up sick. Ate fajitas. Hugh pile of under cooked onions, a very small amount of meat which was pork and chicken. Sick alllllll night. Called the location this morning told them about what happened. Response it was not our food the woman said food poisoning takes 24 hrs. My comment to her. My body decided it wasn’t any good and ejected it. She told me she didn’t know of anything she could but could check. He is what I’m going to do. 1. Write a bad but true review 2. Not support your business by not going. On average we spend about $ 500.00 a month at that location. That’s about $ 6000.00 a year.

Worst food and service ever. They forgot the children’s meal, the other 3 meals were cold and you could tell they sat in the window for a long time! 40 minutes after we ordered the crap came out. Do not eat here!

Didn’t have the time to dine here last night. So tried online ordering to take home. If you like cold fries and chicken that was not crispy as the name of the chicken is titled, this is the way to order. Will never order this way, or even do carry out from here. Never had an issue with dining in and sometimes craved it. But after my dinner last night, which I ate as much as I could because I was very hungry after my long day of work, do not want to eat here any more. My wife got dried out chicken with soggy breading and cold fries as well. Thanks for the smile and great service at the to go register, but if I had three thumbs to point down, this is where I would use them. I’d say Boo and pinch my nose. Not the place I have enjoyed in the past. See ya later, too many other new and old places to spend my money.

Food was fine service was terrible! We had Stephen as our waiter. If you have him request to be re seated! And we were there near close and they locked out my girlfriend. They said it’s 10 and the doors are locked. Never got a refill on drinks and got my friends order wrong. I like this place it’s usually very much what you expect and nothing more nothing less. Tonight I felt like the value was terrible and the service was abysmal.

I usually would not«bother» to review a Chili’s. It’s a Chili’s. You know what you get here. The food is decent, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere is… Chili’s, ya know? I’m reviewing because I just moved to the neighborhood and this particular Chili’s has a fantastic bartender named Chris. My fiancé and I sat at the bar because the dining room was busy and I am glad we did. We were entertained and well taken care of by Chris the Bartender who was dutiful in bringing us fantastic drinks and bringing us food in a timely manner whilst handling the million drinks he needed to make for the patrons in the dining room and the other bar patrons around us. Two thumbs up to Chili’s best bartender!

I go to Chili’s about once a week because my Dad loves the potato soup. So, I have tried it at most Chili’s in the north metro area. I am giving four stars because all in all, I love the soup, the new remodel of the locations and service is always good. This day, our soup came out lukewarm, but staff was gracious and reheated it for us. I noticed this is one of the busier locations as well. It was after lunch time mid week, and packed. The greeter was not at her location when we arrived, so it should have been manned until she came back. Other than that, just another nice Chili’s. Great potato soup btw.

Was really nice to visit this location again when it didn’t feel like the middle of Antarctica outside. ;) Once again, excellent service from this location. I asked for my Loaded Baked Potato Soup to have no green onions(no real reason, just not a huge fan of them), and the service was so quick another waiter came out with a bowl ready that had onions on it.(Our waitress hadn’t put the order in yet so it didn’t have the«no green onions» memo.) Our waitress came up to the table and saw the onions, and even though I told her it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t mind still eating it, both waiter and waitress(why am I so bad at getting their names?) apologized profusely and insisted on getting me a new bowl. Really considerate, really fast, and really delicious. This location is fantastic. :)

The bartenders really make you feel at home. My burger was exceptionally good, and the margaritas were flowing! It was a great night! The chips and salsa never disappoint either.

Had a bad burger which was cold. I sent it back and they quickly brought out a much better one. The cheesburger was done just right at medium rare but didnt like to have to wait for a second one. Chips and salsa are always tasty and who doesnt like all you can eat! good eating Steve
