I had a few problems here but… Management did always helped me out, the wait is the problem when it’s like a Friday and around 9 o’clock you are looking at 30 minute drive thru time but ask them if they can at least comp you something cause 30 minutes is way to long but they are very nice

Yikers at this place. Got snapped at in the drive through for not knowing a value meal number(breakfast sign wasn’t up), drove up to the window and the gal working the front didn’t realize that their window wasn’t sound proof. Sat there listening to her call me a «f*cking b*tch» about 4 times specifically because I ordered coffee. I listened to her call me a «dumb b*tch» one last time, towards another coworker who visibly looked uncomfortable, and then left.

I stopped by this evening to grab a quick dinner. The drive through line was pretty long so I thought I’d save myself some time by going inside. I was the second person in line but it still took 20 minutes to get my food with at least 6 employees working. I’m really not one to complain about fast food restaurants, I worked at one myself in high school so I know what it’s like. However, the staff working this evening displayed total disregard for the customers. At least two workers were using constant profanity as they recapped their day to each other. Meanwhile, a group of 5 guys walked in. They were clearly friends with at least two workers, and also clearly under the influence of something. Only 1 of the 5 ordered food, and many workers felt the need to stop working to come talk to them at the front counter. The one who ordered spilled an entire cup of Mountain Dew shortly after filling it and threw napkins over it in a sad attempt to clean up. The manager on duty laughed with another employee as they watched the friend try to clean up. She eventually told the employee to grab a mop, which he did not do within the time that I was present. I guess the light at the end of the tunnel was the employee who handed me my food and apologized for the wait. He seemed like a respectable kid, and I felt bad that he had to work around the other irresponsible kids he shared the shift with. Overall, a pretty terrible experience that left me leaving angry.

Wow. In all the years I’ve been a big Taco Bell fan, even going to the extreme of sustaining food poisoning at a few locations, only to keep going back, this location did me in today, and I’ve never seen such bad management or such a big rage fit in my entire life. For some reason, one of the shift leaders had some kind of panic attack or mental breakdown this afternoon and went completely postal on the crowd inside, many of whom were high school kids and senior citizens, screaming«No loitering in here, if you’re not eating, get out, if you are, hurry up, there are people waiting, and don’t laugh because it’s not funny!» Like, SCREAMING! Guess what, lady? I was a paying customer. And I laughed at you. Hard. And I called corporate on you too. Get out of this industry, because you don’t belong in it! It’s crazy seeing a manager go bat s*#t when a crowd of customers arrives, that are doing nothing but standing in line and shouting no talk! Oh yeah, and you screwed up my Mexican Pizza… it was served with cold, non-melted cheese on top. Gotta admit that this was truly one of those«bummer, I didn’t get this on video» moments, because I’d so totally be posting it for the world to see. It was insane! In addition to the tweaker shift leader, the staff members always seem to be either really intoxicated, really high or really slow. It’s been a frequent stop off for me this summer due to being in close proximity of Walgreens, King Soopers and the swimming pool, but never again. Hope they find some decent management and staff. I will say that the wifi is much better than the location on 120th& Colorado next to Arby’s, but that’s about it.

If you are in northern Thornton, this is the Taco Bell location you should visit, it is a franchise so it is more closely monitored I think. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. I have rarely found random ingredients(lettuce, tomato, onion) in my food that isn’t supposed to have those things at this location, while it is a HUGE problem at other Taco Bell’s. I prefer this location over the 120th and Colorado location, because it is much cleaner and the food tastes fresher. Also, the line here is usually really short, and if you are from around here you know the one on 120th can be all the way out to the King Soopers parking lot during a rush.
