Chem-Dry of Colorado

I’ve had Jean Paul out to our house twice now — couldn’t be happier with the service and work! They fit me in 2 days after I called (toddler accident on couch needed immediate attention), showed up on schedule, worked in a very reasonable amount of time to get the entire house/​furniture cleaned, and always so accommodating and friendly. I feel my money is well spent on a cleaning method that really works, and leaves the house smelling fresh and looking great afterwards. Between the high powered truck-​mount extraction, totally flushing out sofa cushions that required a thorough cleaning, touching up furniture, and simply doing what is needed for an overall quality deep clean, I will be using them for every carpet & furniture cleaning we need, and highly recommend them!

The person that came out was Jean Paul (JP) and he was exceptional, timely, friendly and comment. Water stains from minor flood came out of carpet. Removed one star because the order was mixed up and they did not bring the machine for the hard surface, but JP did offer a discount. I would use this service provider again.

Craig at Chem-​Dry was PHENOMENAL. Had a flooded basement with wet carpet. Craig walked me through all costs, scenarios, and insurance situations. Turns out I didn’t use Chem-​Dry since I was not covered by insurance and he helped sort out how I could save the situation within a more drastic budget. Wonderful guy and clearly a very sound business. Next time I need carpet work, they’re getting a call!

I called in Chem-​Dry to address a pet odor issue in my bedroom carpet (this was after the fruitless effort with a well-​known «miracle» cure). Scheduling was easy, on-​time arrival, thorough description of the product and expected results; reasonable pricing. A need for a brief return trip was welcomed, and I’ve never had the results I got with Chem-​Dry Colorado. A++ service and results. Don’t bother calling anyone else; these guys rock.

On Mother’s Day, we did our spring planting and watered the new plants. Little did I know that a pipe burst over the summer and 3″ of water was leaking into my basement.
I called Craig on a Sunday afternoon and he returned my call immediately. He advised me that since the water was clean, our basement was unfinished and there was no damage to any personal items, the standing water could wait until first thing Monday morning (to avoid an «emergency» service charge). Ultimately, he left it up to me — if I wanted someone to come out on Sunday, they could send a technician. As promised, the tech showed up at 8:30 am Monday morning and had the whole basement dry within 24 hours.
They were respectful of my time and budget (since we wanted to avoid putting our claim through insurance). He also respected my lack of knowledge about this business.
When we received the bill the following week, Craig took time to explain the charges to me and even offered to spit it into payments if needed. Since I have never had this service before, I verified with at least two other vendors and both confrmed that the charge was very resonable for the work performed.
Hopefully we will never need these services again, but if we do, I am calling Craig and ChemDry first! I would also confidently recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

I am a music teacher and teach from my home studio. Since I have heavy foot traffic, two dogs and small children in and out of my house, it’s important to have a good carpet cleaning service handy!
Recently, I had an emergency carpet cleaning situation on my hands and I though it would be impossible to get someone out the same day (in the afternoon on a Friday, no less!) to help. But Chem Dry came, cleaned and conquored. My carpets are clean as can be and I was impressed with their SUPER affordable pricing & quick response.
The one thing that I would say could stand improvment is their level of professionalism. Two guys showed up and the younger guy carried himself professionally, but the other guy was kind of odd. While he was cleaning, he made mention of the company having to clean up after a suicide recently and I felt as though that was an odd thing to mention and it made me a smidge uncomfortable. Other than that, I’m happy I called and that today my carpets are clean!
