Stapleton Home Services has been cleaning our house now for a year, and I can’t imagine how I managed without their services before that! We schedule them bi-​weekly, and they always do a wonderful job. On cleaning day I try to come home early so that I can enjoy my pristine house before my kids get a chance to mess it up again. Beyond the basics, they add little touches like cleaning out my coffee pot and folding up the blankets on my dogs’ beds. They even take the time to pick up tiny Lego pieces and set them aside instead of just vacuuming them up (which is my usual tactic). We are rarely home when they are in our house, and we’ve never had any concerns. Everything is locked up, secure, and clean when we get home. The Stapleton Home Services team provides amazing service, and I highly recommend them!

If there were 6 stars, I would give them 6! We started using the service about 2 years ago in our old house. We moved across the way to Northfield and have continued with the service here. We have been through 2 or 3 crews and each one is amazing. I am super particular about cleanliness and they over deliver. They do the blinds which is awesome, I hate having to dust the blinds so it’s wonderful to have them do that. The girls are soooooo friendly too. I am never hesitant to have them in my house when I am not there. They are super efficient, never in the house for more than a couple hours and it always looks amazing. They even vacuum the couch.
The communication is also on point. If there is ever a conflict (i.e. Holiday), I receive an email well in advance so we can pick an alternative cleaning time. If ever I need to change a cleaning or have a question, they are very easy to get a hold of. The company is insured and has lots of policy’s that make me feel very comfortable with them being in my house.

We have been customers of SHS for years. The cleans are always very thorough and attentive. So thorough, in fact, the cleaners found a hearing aid that we had been searching for for weeks. We are always happy with the cleans, and if there is an issue, Corby or Lyndsey takes care of it immediately. It’s a little higher price than smaller companies, but in my opinion, it is well worth it.

We looked around for a quality cleaning service and definitely found it with SHS. They are reliable, trustworthy, and do a great job. My house has never looked better!

For the cost of their services the quality of service and communication especially is subpar. This is surprising for as long as this company has provided services in the area.

They even provide «nicities», like washing out the coffee pot, folding towels, or arranging pillows on beds; it shows a level of care for the customer. Called for a quote from the business. The office staff was friendly and so was Corby. Once I got the quote I asked Corby how long does he anticipate the cleaning crew being in my home because i felt the original estimate was a little high for the size of my house. I was just inquiring because if I felt the timing made sense I might have moved forward with them. Instead my response was that is the quote. And something along the lines of it is what it is and thank you for your business. I was offended by that response, no answer to my original question so I moved on. I found another service with a friendly staff and reasonable rate for my small home.

We’ve been using Stapleton Home Services for biweekly cleaning since August 2012. Initially they did a great job. We were assigned a new team this summer and while the quality of the areas that are cleaned is great, we had some issues since the new team was not cleaning our downstairs bathroom (for 2 months). It took several phone calls and even with their quality control supervisor supposedly present they still missed the downstairs bathroom. They offered to return just to clean the bathroom and also a complimentary clean which we accepted. Unfortunately this new team also left our home unlocked and unsecured not once but three times. Every single time it has happened I have called the office so this is inexcusable. I have mixed feelings since they have been doing a much better job cleaning our home but leaving our home completely unlocked and unsecured is a deal breaker.

We recently decided to get a cleaning crew to clean our house bi-​weekly and after gathering a few quotes and meeting the owners of several companies we decided to go with Stapleton Home Services. The cleaning crew does a wonderful and thorough job and it feels great to come home to a clean house. Everyone at Statpleton Home Services has been wonderful and I can’t be happier with the service they provide. In addition, Lyndsey the Customer Service Manager has been wonderful. She is very friendly and answers all the questions I have. I highly recommend Stapleton Home Services for any cleaning needs!

Were I to launch a business today, I’d use the model of Corby Felsher, founder and spark-​plug of this super-​reliable, flexible, effective home cleaning service. Stapleton Home Services started just as we pioneers began moving into the New Urban neighborhood. Although I’d heard about them soon after moving in eight years ago, it was several months before my new home needed cleaning. When I finally got around to scheduling my first whole-​house clean, it was Corby who answered the telephone, visited to assess the scope of my needs, and followed up to ask how it went. I’ve been calling them ever since, and even as SHS grows to include a range of services, and other neighborhoods, the incredible customer service has kept pace with those early days. While Corby is still available if I need to chat, the office staff channels his CAN DO attitude and always exceeds my expectations. And the cleaning is always done in a timely and thorough manner by a Team of professionals who go above and beyond every time. I will admit that a handful of times in the past eight years I called upon a cheaper service on short notice or to cut corners, and I was so dissatisfied with their lateness, lack of complete and adequate service, and low standards, that I’ve learned my lesson. I’ve also used SHS for carpet cleaning, window washing, and power washing the exterior of our house. All services were fairly priced and done to my complete satisfaction. Their work makes my day, makes me happy to come home when they’ve worked their magic. I will always only call Stapleton Home Services, for house cleaning, plus carpets, windows, and exterior, and I recommend that you call them too.

I have been a customer of this company for 8 years and hope to be for many more. Their prices are fair and they understand customer service. I live in the community they serve and I can honestly say the company is a fantastic corporate citizen. I have never had any problem that wasn’t immediately addressed and corrected by a personal visit or call from the owner.
Even when times are tight financially I will continue to use them — a house cleaned by them equals marital bliss for me!
Seeing a prior review, I thought I should comment, because I have never had any concern about the employees. I have left many valuables in plain site over the years (including leaving cash out at times) and have never had any problems with theft.

SHS is a quality, dependable local company that has always provided excellent service for my family. They go about their work whether or not we are home and without any fuss or problems. We highly recommend their home, window, and carpet cleaning services.
