History

Established in 1999.

Over 16 yrs ago somebody «moved my cheese». It was time to start a new career. With an extensive construction background and 30 + years of customer service this was a natural fit. we started with home inspections, and now do a wide range of home related inspections and services, including radon & mold testing, new build inspections and commercial buildings. We hold several certifications and even a roofing contractor license as well.

Business Owner

A Colorado native, raised in the outskirt plains of the Denver area, Cal has always enjoyed the things that brings transplants to the area.

While it is true that most natives don’t ski, Cal’s love of the outdoors is a driving force with him. Any given day you may find him Hunting, fishing, riding his dirt bike, hiking an out of the way trail, attending a Broncos or Mammoth Game.

Cal Claims, «For sure, the mountains are something to behold. But my true love of this state is the plains. There is a beauty out there that gets overlooked. Just watch the wind blow over the prairie grass and your minds eye will see the vast herds of Bison, Pronghorns and even the many Indian tribes that lived here.» He also says, «It must have been something else to have traveled here in the wagon trains. It had to take special people to make the journey.»

A father of 2 boys, he has loved teaching them what make Colorado so special. And even more, instilling in them a faith in God.
