Carol High Commercial Real Estate specializes in small to mid sized companies needing to grow or change location. We give personal attention to our clients, providing details of the overall market and the submarkets so that companies can make informed decisions.

Work on committees of the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, The Downtown Denver Partnership, (economic development committee) Metro Denver Commercial Real Estate Board and other community boards and organizations keeps us in touch with what is going on in our city and how it may relate to your company’s choices.

Business Owner

A graduate of the University of Iowa, Carol came to Denver with her family because of a job, the beauty of the state, enthusiasm for skiing and a love of the outdoors. Activities include cycling, tennis, hiking, and a continued love of skiing. These are things that she shares with her family, husband, 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.

The growth of the city over 30+ years in business has been a continued source of pride and pleasure. Carol enjoys the arts, concerts, plays, the art museums and participation in church choir and painting classes.

Participation on boards and committees for Community Health Charities, National MS Society, Park Hill United Methodist Church along with professional groups.

Carol’s work as a commercial real estate agent brings her in contact with many interestion people and helping them reach their business goals is the most igratifying part of her business.
