Established in 2007.

Creative Business Finance started in 2007 in order to support small business owners that were unable to obtain financing at banks and credit unions. We are A rated by the Denver/​Boulder BBB.

Business Owner

Steve Felt earned his BA in 1993 from Elon University and has owned several small businesses including J&S Lawnman, Rocky Mountain Luxury Limousine, Mile High Fitness, Littleton Home Loans, and Felt Financial Group which evolved into Creative Business Finance.

Mr. Felt has worked in the real estate finance industry since 2000 on both the wholesale and retail side of the industry. He has taught numerous courses for financial professionals and the general public on several financial literacy topics; such as, First Time Home Buyer Programs, Understanding Financial Statements for Loan Officers, FDIC’s Money Smart Program, Mortgage Planning, Investing in Commercial Real Estate, and Understanding Residential Foreclosures. Some of which have been approved for continuing education credits by the NJEA, CFP Board of Standards, NASBA, CLE and several Real Estate associations. Mr. Felt also co-​wrote the book «Issues in Residential Mortgage Foreclosures» which is published by Lorman ES.
