Established in 1990.

The Boardroom Executive Suites was founded in 1990 by Charles & Carol Jansch in about 8000 square feet of the Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek building at Colorado Blvd & Cherry Creek North Drive. Since then, The Boardroom has expanded its Cherry Creek location to more than 14,000 square feet.

We have provided professional office space, live reception service, conference rooms and virtual office services to hundreds of clients in the Denver area — with some clients having officed with us for 15+ years.

In 2004, Nathan Jansch, son of Charles & Carol Jansch, took over ownership of the executive suite business. Since acquiring the business, Nathan has added to the services and amenities offered by The Boardroom Executive Suites, such as cloud computing options and 100 fiber optic internet access, and now provides office space, virtual office services to more than 130 companies.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Nathan Jansch is a Colorado native who attended Smoky Hill High School and CU — Boulder. While in college, he attained degrees in Business Management and Econ and worked at the Marriott Hotel in Boulder. Following graduation, Nathan worked as the safety directory for a distribution company that operated more than a million square feet of warehouse space and a commercial fleet. During his first 6 months at the job, Nathan instituted sweeping new measures that reduced the employee injury rate by 50%.

By 2002 Nathan realized that the distribution industry didn’t offer the customer interaction that he had enjoyed in the hospitality industry. At the same time, his parents were looking to retire from their executive suite business. This provided the opportunity for Nathan to enter the executive suite industry and once again work with customers on a daily basis.

Nathan currently lives in Aurora with his wife, two children and dog.
