This was my first time hiring contractors to put up my lights and they have displayed a professional spirit from our initial contact until they were done in putting up our lights. I never endorse companies but I have to admit, the professional installers from this company was an amazingly great experience. They took care of all the messy tangles and hassles in putting up lights. Thank you for bringing the holiday spirit to our home without the holiday stress.

Two stars are strictly because the guy they sent out to explore a leak in my dining room ceiling from the shower on the floor above was very nice. He was here about 15 minutes and charged $ 217 to cut another hole in my ceiling and determine it wasn’t the shower drain. Offered me a date 3 weeks out to have an «estimator» just show up and give me a quote for re-​caulking my shower. Moving on to a guy my insurance company recommended who charges $ 35 an hour. Believe the reviews that say Bell is way, way overpriced.
P. S. — the guy recommended by my insurance agent is doing a terrific job — spent the whole day here caulking the shower and repairing the ceiling drywall in the dining room — $ 288 including materials. You’d have to be nuts to use Bell.

Some say they are pricey, but after a horrible experience with another competitor of Bells, they are relatively cheap.
50 $ to come out to your house, diagnose the problem. They tell you UPFRONT what the cost will be, and if you don’t want the service, they leave. Only thing they collect is the service fee.
Tech was courteous and friendly. Great customer support. Pricey but would definitely call again.

I’ve used Bell for 7+ years, but will no longer be a customer. They’ve tried to charge me $ 700+ for a swamp cooler part that they ordered, installed, and then removed (due to their incorrect diagnosis). I gave them 4K this summer for a new unit, and they’re still trying to get the $ 700 from me! I’ve left countless messages and have spoken to their accounting department at least a few times in the past 5 months, but have yet to receive confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

I had called several places getting quotes to get my furnace serviced before the winter. Bell was the only place to not give me any price over the phone, but they could come out that day, so I made an appointment.
What a mistake.
Not only was the technician late, but I was given a price more than double that of any other competitor. I was told this was the base price. I expected it might be more, but their pricing is absolutely outrageous. At that point, I was still on the hook for the cost of a service call. If I would have even been given this base price, I would have never scheduled.
I would NOT recommend even scheduling an appointment with Bell.
