Bath & Granite 4 Less

We are going through a complete home renovation and we were very excited to walk into Bath and Granite 4 Less and purchase a master bathroom vanity, bathroom tile for shower, and granite for both master bathroom and kitchen! Going through a home renovation can be stressful but stress levels were definitely high with this purchase! The service at first was great and we were having fun with our sales reps in picking everything out! After we bought all the products on the same sales order, we had one mistake after another mistake… the vanity was badly chipped on the side panel upon pick up, so they delivered the next day but it was the same chipped vanity so it had to go back again to be re-​built. The granite slab for the master vanity said it should be 76″ on the sales order receipt to fit the vanity and came in at 88″ inches… obviously way too big so that also had to be returned and a new one cut and finally, the wrong granite was installed in our kitchen after waiting nearly three weeks, there was one one granite slab color on the template and we paid for another color on sales order receipt. Apparently, went off of template
Design sheet instead of actual sales order receipt!.. it was a quick turnaround and the granite we ordered and paid for was installed a week later with request for compensation for delayed work, hassle, and plumber to come back out to hook up to right granite strongly denied because they did re-​install. However, it cost me money and really delayed further work of general contractors and plumbing for the sink because everything was centered around countertops!
There were just too many unfortunate mistakes in service area of entire transaction but my granite products do look great in my home! On a positive note though, Matthew, the warehouse manager was excellent in providing us the help we needed with deliveries and our 3 re-​deliveries and genuinely cared about our mis-​fortunes and cared about the quality we received!

This time of year, I’d really like to be spending money on presents and turkey… ALAS! I had to redo my bathroom, and began looking for cabinets, mirrors and toilets. Initially, all I found were some extremely expensive options. But, I continued to excavate the internet and came across a Best Of Denver site; Bath & Granite 4 Less was listed, and close to my home.
I wondered in, and was instantly greeted by some very friendly, knowledgeable gents. They showed me about the clean and well stocked show room, and the prices offered were greatly reduced from what I’d seen to date. Various vanities, sinks, faucets are available in different colors, finishes — like picking out options for a new car without the creepy salesman! I heartily recommend this business, and special kudos to John Helkenn. I had to return a particular counter top, and he cheerily did so, and helped me purchase a more suitable style. Thanks!

This has been one of my favorite finds of the year. I wanted to upgrade my kitchen and bathroom and they’ve been an invaluable resource for both. What makes them unique is their modular solutions for granite counter tops; vanities and shower doors that allow you to piece together some great upgrades at nearly half the cost. I discovered their Lazy Granite product first and have been back twice… once for a new vanity with under-​mount sink and again for modular glass shower doors. All of their solutions are easy to install for the do-​it-​yourselfer and in stock for quick pick up.
On all three of my visits, the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus their showroom appears to be constantly expanding to show more and more products and installations. Take a few measurements before you go to the showroom and their staff can walk you through their solutions and give you a quote on the spot.

Decent showroom with a cool interactive faucet selection. Many cabinet styles to choose from that need some updating since they look dated and worn, but otherwise showing you what they offer.
Salesman was nice and very helpful, he let me look around without pressure. I did notice a larger cabinet is created from 2 — 3 smaller cabinets that you need to assemble together via screws when you get home versus purchasing a larger 1pc cabinet elsewhere. I still found my 1pc 72″ cabinet elsewhere with similar top that fit in my bathroom — no problem, for hundreds less. No assembly required. If I have to «screw» 2 – 3 cabinets together, it still is considered «assembly required». No thanks.

Bath & Granite 4 Less is hands down the best place to go if you want semi-​custom products at reasonable pricing. The staff is super helpful and their pricing was clear plus they have a great selection. They are also a locally owned business — go Denver! After visiting their showroom, I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I’ll definitely go back when I’m ready to upgrade my next home.

Writing this warning to stay far away pains me as there were a few positives:
1. The people we came in contact with were very nice.
2. The granite itself is gorgeous and it looks stunning in our now unusable kitchen.
Sadly, this is where the positives end and the negatives begin:
1. Disorganized. Several times they were unable to find our large order in the system and they didn’t know the password to get into their system. They also told us we would have our $ 250 estimate back later that day. A week later WE had to call THEM to get it, again after paying $ 250 for it. Upon installation they could find what faucets we ordered so they just brought a bunch to the house.
2. Poor Communication. Where to begin? They asked us to pay the price in the estimate. After paying, we were told us this didn’t include demo. For demo, we were quoted one price then when we went to pay, they tried to charge us $ 650 more than quoted. They refused to budge. We walked. Later we called to get the measures/​dimensions, after passing us off to several different people they agreed to the original demo price.
3. Up charging. After the original estimate was paid in upfront and in full plus the «discounted» demo. We were then asked to pay an additional $ 600 as they said we needed new sinks and faucets. The day before installation they called and told us they just realized we had ordered a upgraded edge and we would need to pay an additional $ 900. We absolutely refused, we had already paid them, they then tried to blame us for not noticing on the invoice. The invoice does not specify ANY edge. They told us they would call is back to let us know if they were going to charge us or not. No one ever called back but the granite does have to correct edge and they did not charge us.
4. THE JOB IS UNFINISHED. Our granite was installed today, the installation guys (who were very nice) left our new sinks unhooked and without faucets (no drain covers, no parts). The guys were helpful in telling us what parts we needed and getting our now leaking water off. We then spent another $ 80 at Home Depot. Tonight we have spent our entire Friday night trying to make the parts work. We have had to call Rotor Rooter (more $$$) to come tomorrow morning as we do not have water!!!

This place has great prices and really decent quality cabinets for the price. Lots of sizes and style choices. We have a weird size so the only way to find one was custom order through any other company. Since these guys have semi custom stuff ready to go we were able to get our size with out paying a fortune for what we wanted. My only complaint was that we shopped for original pricing in early December but because of a horrible contractor and delays did not purchase until February. The prices had gone up unfortunately my contractor had my original quote so there was not much to do about it but overall they were still reasonable in cost.
We had to do a little work to install but easy to do, it now looks fantastic!

I bought a semi-​custom glass shower door/​wall from these guys. The customer service and products were both excellent, while the price was surprisingly inexpensive. They had the door in stock and the custom piece of glass was ready in less than a week. I had a quote through Home Depot and it was $ 4000 more. That quote did include labor, but this was a pretty simple installation that I handled by myself (although another set of hands would have been helpful).
I would highly recommend checking this place out. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, even if you are not an expert or spending a ton of money.

Well, the service in the show room was solid but that is where it ended. I bought a unit that was as is so I should know better than to expect that the thing is still intact as it showed up missing screws and stoppers for the cabinets. When their delivery person showed up to drop it off I was at work and he didn’t have a helper so my wife had to help him unload it. The porcelain bowl was cracked so I had to epoxy it to get it to stop leaking. Very frustrating experience. Be sure to inspect anything you buy from them very thoroughly before it leaves the showroom floor.

I bought granite countertops for my bathroom here. The showroom area specifically for countertops was small but they offered me free stone samples to take home. I took 3 color samples home and that was actually a lot more helpful than trying to pick a color in the store.
I bought the countertop. They cut it and my contractor picked it up the next week. Everything looks great, people were nice, 5 stars.
Oh one more thing I was pleased with was how transparent the pricing was. Other stone shops made me feel like I was buying a used car.

I normally do not write reviews on anything but this one was over the top bad. The experience started great and ended horribly. I ordered and paid and everything was great. Then they called me a few days later with some issues. I then went down there multiple times to compromise on my order. Their solution was to try and sell me a sub par top. When that was unacceptable I compromised again. This also couldn’t be filled by them and I wasted another of my afternoons having to go down there. I eventually settled with what i wanted and was able to get a top from them having run out of time on my build. Upon inspection of the top I asked about what looked like a scratch. They told me it was white marker they use to mark cuts and that it would buff out which was not true it was a scratch. The time and aggravation, coupled with the horrendous customer service I received makes this the worst counter top experience I have ever had.

Bath and Granite’s selection was awesome. My wife and I have visited all the other stores, and found none of them had exactly what we wanted. We thought we would try one last store before we settled on something we knew we would regret. Ultimately, we should have just started here.
Couldn’t be happier, we spent a little more than we budgeted but when we found exactly what we wanted, price wasn’t a concern.

I just bought a new house in Lone Tree, the builder’s vanities were cheap, so we wanted something better. We ordered two monickers and 1 Ella from Bath & Granite 4 Less.
Ella vanity — I got this for our powder room. It looks great, the glass top is gorgeous. I was worried it would get dirty easily but that hasn’t been issue.
Monicker Vanities — I got two of these for our master bath with the countertops included at the same place. These cabinets are natural wood on the face and everything I expected them to be. Nice smooth drawers and matching mirror.
While I was picking out things in the showroom, a woman made a fuss about the quality of finish of the monickers. Do yourself a favor and stop in at Home Depot or Lowes before going to this store. Finishing wood is NOT an easy job. Yes, I’ve definitely seen better quality but I wasn’t going to pay $ 3k for a bathroom cabinet. These cabinets are multitudes nicer than anything I found at HD or Lowes at practically the same price.
I’m a car guy so I’ll make a car analogy here. These vanities are like the Honda Accord: very attractive and solid quality. B&G is like the Honda dealership. If you want a BMW 7-​series don’t go to the Honda dealership.
Bath & Granite 4 Less had the best VALUE I could find when shopping for vanities. I went to all the big box stores, IKEA, and a couple custom cabinet shops. After you do as much research as I did, you’ll see where value meets price.

When I got to the building I was a little confused at first, as it did not look like a shop that’s open to the public-​it is. They should put up a sign so that customers know they can come right in.
We were finishing our basement and had one bathroom to do down there. We bought the shower glass, vanity, toilet, and some wall tile for the shower from Bath & Granite 4 Less. First of all they were the only place that actually had all the items I wanted in stock. I had to wait for the cabinet to be built but it only took a week.
Secondly, the prices were much more reasonable. Pricing and selection was better than Home Depot.
The staff was very friendly. Not pushy at all and encouraged me to shop around to make sure I bought what worked best for me. I love my bathroom and the kitchen is next!

These guys don’t know the meaning of customer service. I bought a vanity and mirror from them in May. The mirror didn’t arrive until NOVEMBER. The supposedly had trouble with their supplier. Funny, their web site says their stuff is made here in CO. I had to keep calling them to see the status of the mirror, and they never tried to make it right with me. I eventually demanded a refund until the new mirror arrived. They wrote a check but never sent it. The mirror actually did arrive 2 weeks later (still no check in the mail), and I agreed to pay for it, for some reason, because they showed me a carbon of the check. When the check still didn’t arrive I took up the duplicate charge with my credit card, and wouldn’t you know it, it showed up. We then had a week of calls from them, «We’ll cancel the check and refund your card.»…“No, please deposit the check so we don’t have to refund the card.” They seem incompetent at the most basic customer service and financial transactions. I’ll never go there again. Oh, they also charge a 4% fee for credit card purchases.

Here is the scoop on B&G — they’re in between Home Depot and Custom.
We were looking for something nicer than the junk vanities we saw at
big box stores. So we went to some custom cabinet shops, picked out
some pretty things, and then were told we’d need to spend $ 10,000 on
the set for our master bath. That’s wayyyy more than we were planning.
Eventually we stumbled upon Bath & Granite 4 Less and went with the
Monicker line. The quality was quite nice but they wouldn’t customize
to exactly what I wanted. That ended up being perfect though. We
picked the color of the cabinet, handles, and granite countertop.
Total cost — $ 1200.
While I was in (one of the several times) I heard very positive
reviews about their glass shower doors. Apparently they have another
semi-​custom type of product for shower glass. Anyway I haven’t tried
that yet — next bathroom.
I highly recommend you check them out for a bathroom remodel.

I bought the smallest vanity to go in my small basement bathroom. Everything was ready and great quality when I picked it up, but when I got it home, the bathroom was still too small for their vanity, so I had to return it (we’ll probably have to go with a pedestal just for the lack of space down there). The return process was quick and painless — I don’t know what that other lady experienced, but if they had problems with returns before, i think they’re all cleared up. The sales guy who sold me the unit even shook my hand when returning the money — something that’s never happened to me before.
Service was great, the products look great and are of nicer quality than what you can get from most any other bath vanity supplier (solid wood!), and the return process was completely without skepticism or guilt. My only wish is for them to have smaller units for the tiny bathrooms that some houses have (not that anyone else does…).

Sir Nicholas and I are remodeling our bathroom because it’s from the 1950s which means it’s all a salmon color of pink — the tiles, the wall, all of it. And while I’m a fan of pink (obviously — just look at my hair) having that much of it in such a small space is a little, um, not good looking. Because of this we found ourselves in need of a new vanity and we didn’t really want to spend a ton of money as this is our guest bathroom. After looking around at a lot of places we found a pretty awesome vanity at Bath and Granite 4 Less for around $ 300 which is an awesome, awesome price compared to other places we checked out.
I think part of the reason everything here is so cheap is because this is essentially just a big, kind of dirty warehouse looking place so there is no showroom to maintain. Also, the guys working there are really friendly, but don’t really know a whole lot about plumbing so you’ve got to come equipped with exact knowledge of what you need. They don’t have a huge selection, but they do have a bit of variety and plenty of varying sizes so if you are in the market for a bathroom vanity I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out. Also they have a credit card fee of 4% (I think) so bring a checkbook to avoid that.

I flip houses and in almost every house we remodel at least one
bathroom. I’ve been ordering from this location and the Brighton blvd
location for the last year or so.
From what I can see, their business has grown tremendously over the
last year. I think it’s largely due to their massive selection of
bathroom vanities. Every 3 months or so they have new products
snazzier than before.
Their stuff is also in stock usually. For us that makes a big
difference. Both because we can turnaround projects faster and it’s a
much less of a pain in the rear for me in the planning stages.
Their prices are untouchable. Generally most of the houses we do are
higher end so we can’t get the regular home depot /​lowes stock. When
I have to order from other bath showrooms in town, the prices we have
to pay make me cringe. For every bathroom we start at Bath & Granite 4
Less. We only go elsewhere if we absolutely have to and we can charge
the difference.
I’d also like to touch on the negative reviews left by the two gals
below. Their return policy is not that of Home Depot. If you bring
back a faucet that’s scratched, they might not take it back. With that
said, they are very reasonable with returns. I’ve had to do a few
exchanges before and I’ve witnessed other people do returns /​
exchanges. If the product was treated with care you won’t have
problems and you bring it back within reasonable time period, you
won’t have any problems.

I went to help my mom and dad pick out some supplies to remodel their bathrooms and had been researching it for quite some time because we all know this isn’t a cheap investment. A client of mine recommended me here so I decided to check it out — it was a huge plus that they were patient with my parents since there is a language barrier and made sure to try to understand exactly what we needed.
There was a nik in one of the boxes. We asked the guy getting our order to look inside. He got another guy, who insisted they unboxed both of the vanities completely for us to check just in case. Both vanities were perfect so they didn’t have to change anything. I will definitely be recommending this place based on pricing, customer service, and quality. Thanks guys!
