Horrible! Bought a used fridge from these people with the assurance of a complete one year warranty. Within 2 months the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Called to see what I needed to do in order to get the warranty honored and was told without a receipt number that they have no way of looking it up. Tried to find the receipt, and could not… Called back to let them know I had the credit card statement but no receipt, was there any way they could help? A woman there said she would have to do a lot of digging, but could look it up and take care of it. Said she would call me back once she found the paperwork… Of course I never heard back from them so stopped in their location. A guy there was able to find the invoice almost instantly, but then explained that the warranty only covered some parts and it would cost $ 49.99 for someone to give me an estimate for the cost of repair. Of course I don’t have the receipt, or a copy of the warranty, but I buy stuff like this all the time for rental units and was absolutely assured the warranty would cover any kind of mechanical breakdown for up to a year. Beware, read everything and save your paperwork if you choose to buy this rehab junk! The run around under the pretense of not being able to find the paperwork is just insulting, shows how they do business, and is reason enough to buy elsewhere!

I’ve been going to appliance nation for years and they always have great prices and friendly staff. I recently stopped by and they have renovated the whole store with all new appliances at great prices and I got a excellent deal on my new French door refrigerator

Appliance Nation has great equipment at even better prices and their appliances are backed by a 1 year warranty. My business has benefited greatly from their services.

They advertised sliding screen doors for just $ 25. Our door works great, and at 75% lower than the Home Depot prices.

I purchased a range & over the range micowave combo. There was a problem with the microwave that wasn’t noticed until my contractor tried to install it. I took it back to the store and they were very professional in resolving the issue. They didn’t have the same product available so they refunded my money for the microwave. This is against their policy but they were very apologetic and did what they needed to do to correct the problem.

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer with delivery and installation for a little over $ 500. The problems started happening during delivery. They were outside working on the machine for awhile, so I asked if everything was ok? They said they were just working on a part. Oh great, this didn’t sound good:(They were kind and turned on the equipment to show me it worked then asked me if I wanted a part from the dryer they had left over. I asked if I would ever need it, and they said no. I should have known. Well, I decided to give it to them for use on another machine if they needed it. I started the washer and ran a quick errand only a couple of miles away. On my errand, one of my employee’s called frantic saying the washing machine flooded our offices:(I immediately called the company and they sent someone out. The maintenance person could hardly speak english, which only escalated things. He showed me that the hose had come out of the wall and was draining on the floor. I know I have a clamp on mine at home and asked if he had one to fix it. He did, thank God! Hmmm, this is why I don’t install items I don’t know enough about. However, while he was pushing the machine back into place, he pushed it too far and I heard a crunch. He must not of heard it because he started to leave, I stopped him and checked behind the machine and found the vent hose had come apart at a seam. I showed it to him and asked him to fix it. Guess what, he couldn’t and it now it was painfully obvious that we needed the extra part:(The company explained that their delivery guys are out all day and they probably couldn’t get anyone back here until MONDAY! Not to mention that the flooding stole 3 hours out of my day and the time it takes to launder the towels twice a day over the weekend is such a waste! I haven’t even had a chance to go through everything to see if there was more damage. Keep this in mind, they only have one delivery truck and even though they are open on Saturdays they don’t do deliveries. They also don’t make any exceptions:(I would totally understand if this was my fault at all, but it’s completely theirs and I feel like they do not care at all. I begged to get someone out today, even late or if I could help and all I received is NO. They did say they would keep me updated… it’s now 4:30pm and I haven’t heard anything since 1:25pm. If this happened in my business, I would absolutely stay late and even do the service myself. This speaks volumes of a business!!! I do understand mistakes, but I do not understand how poorly they have handled this entire situation. Update: I received a phone call at 5:18 informing me they were on their way to come and fix the issue. They did so, thank you Unilocal!!!

I went here with high hopes of finding a lawn mower for my new yard. I was searching on craigslist when I came upon their ad for a brand new mower for $ 80.00 — yes, it was too good to be true. This store has all their mowing equipment out front of the store. The price tag were barely legible on the handles of the mowers. The prices were still high like all the hardware store… but with one benefit., they all looked used?! I don’t really understand this place… I thought it was some bargain garden equipment store., but it’s not… don’t be fooled and drive all the way over to this place
