Too bad zero stars is not a choice. This company is underhanded, lied to me and no-showed a move I had scheduled for two months. They used the age-old excuse that the truck broke down, but what it really meant was they overbooked and took a more lucrative job over mine. At no time did anyone from the company call to tell me they would be late, etc. I did all the calling and after I contracted with another company as a back-up the rep on the phone hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. When all was said and done I paid less than ½ what this outfit was going to charge me (even with a $ 300 tip for the workers). I was getting ripped off and didn’t know it. Wish I read these Unilocal reviews before I booked. Hope this helps you make up your mind. Do not use. Bad business.

Do not use! My husbands company relocated us and this was the company they used to have our stuff packed and moved. The entire process has been a joke. The representative Mark Ca. something, never returned my calls or emails. When I finally did get in contact with him he was aware of the questions I had left him on his voicemail and email yet just never got back to me with the answer. Once I spoke to him on the phone and asked for the inventory list (which I had asked for in both email and voicemails) he said he would call someone to send it to me and that he was going to do it right away, not to my surprise, I never got it. I was never notified when the movers would come to my house and when the movers finally got there they were unaware of what they needed and blamed Mark for not providing proper guidance.
We were moving to Hawaii and it took our stuff a month just to get from Denver to California… we are still waiting on our stuff and it has been over a month.
This company is a joke, I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do your research and pick a company with some interest in customer service.

I spoke with someone from Atlantic throughout the process, but Atlas were the ones who were actually picking up my things. Regardless, Atlantic is a terrible business. I was rarely able to get my representative on the phone. If I did, I called her. Every single time she promised to call me back, she never did. Half the time she was looking for my paperwork or ‘trying to figure out what’s going on.’ She never knew what was happening or seemed to understand the process at all. My shipment was 9 days late literally because they were busy. Not my problem, yet they made it my problem. Additionally, many of my items arrived damaged and missing. I would give this place negative a thousand stars if I could. Do not use their services. You’ll get swindled and left on a mattress on your floor wondering why you were so stupid if you do.

Called for the free estimate for my small cross country move end April-easy to make the appointment, the person who came was very nice –I asked is it possible to get an exact delivery date? She said it would probably be more money-no problem, understandable. She emailed the quote the next day, I sent an email back asking if this quote was with or without exact delivery date. she then sent me email confirmation the price quoted did include an exact delivery date so I said to book it. I then received a call from the moving coordinator, I went over whatever date they needed for pickup is fine with me to get there on time, what my exact delivery date was, and I asked to send me the guarantee of what happens if it doesn’t get there on the exact delivery date. she said she would send the link — all very nice. But then it changed-Got a call the next day, The girl who gave the quote is no longer with the company and delivery can’t be exact could be up to 19 days-I said 3 days is fine — no they can’t guarantee.
if they had just said all that upfront –I wouldn’t have had a problem with it –they didn’t honor what a rep said in writing they would do. People I spoke with all courteous but bad way to do business. Unfortunately can’t recommend them. Going with different company. I guess its good that I did find this out now n not later waiting days for my stuff to arrive.

If I could give Atlantic Relocation Systems a zero rating, I would be tempted to do so. Atlantic outsourced our shipping to Bekins, and we had 15 items (yes, FIFTEEN) items) damaged during the moving process. The team that packed the truck in CO and unloaded its contents at our new home took triple the time of any other mover we’ve worked with before. The Atlantic contact who quoted our price Accidentally left out a significant component, resulting a surprise $ 800 charge on the day our
items arrived at our new home. And, when we brought the damage and additional charge to the company’s attention, it initiated a 4-week «blame game» amongst Atlantic, Atlas and Bekins, where no single point of contact took responsibility for addressing the issues. I should note that not a single management contact from Atlantic, Atlas or Bekins returned a phone call or e-mail regarding the problems we’d experienced; everything was delegated to junior employees. The one silver lining is they the staff-level employees were understanding, and our claim was eventually paid. I recommend that you confirm a FINAL, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE price with this company, and find out if they plan to outsource the move to another company. In addition, if you are moving to a major metropolitan area, make sure that they include the price of a local shuttle into your quote, if applicable. Best of luck!
