Description

Specialties

Argyll is a gastropub in its original form: Items like «House» Cured Pork Belly w/Carrot Purée, Pickled Greens & Apple Cider Sage Reduction & Beer Wort Braised CO Lamb Ribs w/a Candied Walnut Crust, make up this emerging concept. We feature an extensive wine list, and, of course, 12 Beers on Tap — including a «Cask» Conditioned Ale.

History

Established in 2009.

I have been playing with the notion of doing a GastroPub for years. After visiting several outstanding GastroPubs around the country — Chicago, NY and DC, I decided that Denver was perfect for the gastroPub movement. Taking traditional Pub fair up the ladder a few rungs and creating an environment where folks can order a pint of beer or a bottle of wine with equal welcome just sounded like the perfect resaurant concept to me.

I hope you enjoy your visit.
