Highly recommend! The entire process was enjoyable: from the initial phone call, all the way through the move. They showed up exactly on time, were efficient yet careful with my stuff, and finished within the quoted time! Great prices, great company!

This is the second time that we have used them. They helped us move a 3,500 sqft house into storage 6 months ago and then they recently helped us move out of storage into our new place. We had 4 movers and they did a good job of listening to my wife and I on which items stayed in storage and which were going to our place. Once we got to our new place they had to enter through the garage, thru some security doors, up an elevator, down 10 steps into our place. Needless-​to-​say this wasn’t an ideal moving situation but I felt like the guys made the most of it.
The one piece of feedback I have is that when the guys moved back in the storage items it was left in a disorderly manner. We have had a challenging time finding anything that we need in the storage unit anymore. Unfortunately we also had to move over 80 boxes back to the storage unit after going through them and finding space in our oversized storage unit has be interesting.
Outside of the storage reorg we’ve had a good experience with ATRMs and we will more than likely use them for our next move.

This company had been referred through me multiple times via Unilocal reviews and every time they have not disappointed. First my friend moved from her 3^rd level apartment across town to another 3^rd level apartment. They moved her across town in 3 hours with the packing and moving all included. She only had a one bedroom apartment and spend 400 dollars on the entire process! My other friends had a 7 room house that they moved all in all in 6 hours across town for 1600 dollars. They are amazing and courteous and have not failed yet.

These guys are awesome! They get the job done fast and they are soooooo nice! I highly recommend them for your next move!

Marty from All the Right Moves did contact me 9 months later to resolve this issue. He stated that they are trying to make this issue right and had simply forgotten about it after being so busy. He did send a refund check with a little interest which we appreciated.
My hope is that All the Right Moves will make the moves that they need to make in order to once again put their customer service first and not overbook themselves.
I have faith that they are very capable of doing a good job, they have just taken on more than they can chew from time to time and seem to be fixing this issue.

Due to the continual harassing emails I have received from Marty to change my review, I will give them 3 stars for not being prompt with response to my original complaints where he had ample time to resolve any issue prior to my review. He also included my $ 100 cash tip in the total he claims he refunded me for damage. Nice work!

We moved on March 25, 2014. The movers showed up right on time. They were very professional and efficient.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were so unprofessional and shady!
Moving company did not deliver wardrobe box containing ¾ of personal wardrobe. When I called to discuss prices and moving practices, I was told that they provide wardrobe boxes for customers at no charge so I did not have to purchase my own. I was given this great sales pitch on how they take care of their customers and how they would help me out in any way with trying to keep the cost low for moving, etc. I had not heard a single thing from them since I had scheduled until the night before at 9:30 at night to confirm my move. They had scheduled more men then I had requested and were going to try and charge me more money for my move. Marty (one of the owners, male) was very short with me on the phone when I was trying to ask questions about my move. The movers were a little late on the move day. They were moving at a very slow pace and would not wrap any of my furniture before moving it down to the truck. As I was on a financial constraint, I was told that I would be able to help move items down to the truck to help make things go faster. After watching items go down to the truck unwrapped, my boyfriend and myself noticed a few scratches on furniture. I confronted the two movers and they quickly refused that they did this. They tried to blame it on my boyfriend because he was moving furniture himself since they were going so slow. Every answer they gave was calculated and thought out so they could take no responsibility for any faults. I had a total of 4 wardrobe boxes that they provided from the truck that I filled with my clothes and my boyfriends clothes. I unpacked the wardrobe boxes as fast as I could to get things moving faster since they were already way past estimated time. After 2 days had past I noticed that most of my wardrobe was not in my closet. I soon realized that they had not delivered a full wardrobe box that was filled with most of my clothing items and also was the box filled with the most expensive items. I called the moving company and spoke with the other owner Sue. She gave me lip service about how they would contact the two movers who moved me and also contact the other people who the movers moved after me. Sue would not call me back after she said she would and I had to call her back multiple times to get an answer back. I got the same response the second and third time I spoke to her or Marty. They kept saying that they were waiting for a response back from their movers or the other parties who used the company. I finally called back for the last time and told Sue my frustrations with how she was handling this situation. She got very short with me and told me that they don’t just hand out money to people. I told her that they need to take responsibility for losing my personal items since they were packed and put on that truck expected to be delivered like they had promised. She tried to pull out the tricks on me that it was my fault because my boyfriend and I moved items ourselves and that we also utilized the boxes that they had offered to us. She once again told me she would look into it and call me back because she wanted to get it resolved. This was after I told her how disappointed I was in her business practices. I never heard a single word from this moving company after that phone call. They have cashed my check and have stopped answering my phone calls. Meanwhile, I am missing ¾ of my wardrobe and have had to file an insurance claim to cover costs of replacing these items. It has taking so much of my time to go through every item of clothing to make sure I get some sort of reimbursement for this loss. This company needs to take responsibility for losing my items and not be so shady and unprofessional in their moving practices. I WILL NEVER USE A LOCAL MOVING COMPANY AGAIN. I have lost my faith and trust in this business for what they have done. TERRIBLE experience.

We used All the Right Moves at the end of August 2013 to move out of our 2 bedroom rental into our new home. We used a Groupon discount. The customer service setting up the appointment was outstanding, and we felt really good about choosing this company.
When moving day arrived, the movers were four hours late, and it was apparent that they were totally overworked and exhausted. Things didn’t go exactly as they had been described to me on the phone. For example, I was told to leave items in drawers because the movers would secure blankets around them for the move. This was not done, and the heavy drawers made the move awkward and difficult for the movers. Also, I was told to leave all my clothes in the closet because there was a rod in the truck that they would be placed on… hangers and all. The movers completely forgot to move the closet, and I had to return to the rental and move the clothes myself.
All in all, our belongings were moved, there were very few dings and damage to speak of, and the price was low. The lesson I’ve learned here is that you get what you pay for. If you want superior service, you’re not going to get it through Groupon.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you for all the hard work, I know with it being 90+ degree’s outside it’s hard not to complain but these guys didn’t and completed the job successfully.
I do wish they would charge in 15 or 30 minute intervals since my move «completed» within the 2 hours and 15 minutes but that is pretty minor since all moving companies charge some sort of fee.

We needed help moving our belongings to our 3^rd floor apartment. My mon used these guys when she relocated 2 years ago from FL. Since we were also relocatingfrom FL, we had 2 PODs which we packed ourselves. Our 2 movers were available sooner in the day than were scheduled and called to see if they could come early. They were friendly, kind and hardworking. Nothing was lost or broken. They worked pretty much nonstop for 5 hours hauling heavy furniture and boxes up 3 flights of stairs. We are pleased and would refer others to them. We tipped each guy $ 30 because I believe in tipping good service.

All the Right Moves was extremely reliable, quick, and efficient. It’s a family owned business that is based on customer service and relationships. Marty personally moved my house. It was a reasonable price with a flat rate — no surprises. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I both used this moving company. The guys were extremely nice, showed up on time, and handled out stuff with care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great movers in the area.

I have a complaint with the BBB that has not been satisfied by this company. I had an item that was not to be moved and was put away in a closet where the movers were not supposed to be. The crew went in the closet and now I am missing a $ 537.00 item. This company is telling me I am scamming them. If you plan to use them be sure to guard your personal belongings at all times or lock them up. The owner is not wanting to do anything about it. He has been very difficult to deal with. I do not recommend this company!!!
