They filled us with knowledge and fixed our flooded basement in 24 hours. I highly recommend their services to anyone that was a victim to these insane storms that Denver has been experiencing. I have used All Dry twice this year and this company is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with.
I had my first experience with water damage early this year and their manager Tony Varela walked me through the entire process and explained everything very clearly. The entire process was documented extensively which was necessary for insurance purposes. I have been an accountant for 15 years and their documentation is among the best. I have also worked with Karen a bit in the background and she is very helpful also and very timely. It is comforting to know that when I need help, these folks are around.
Our building has asbestos in places, and the All Dry team were able to recommend companies who could handle that phase of the repair process. I also have a cat and it was important that all materials be contained. Using a negative air process, I was able to keep a clean home while my bath was repaired. Everything was by the book, the way I like it.
I am experiencing a new type of leak coming down my walls, most likely from our building’s roof — I called and Karen and Tony were able to speak with me tonight at 8pm and schedule an Infrared Scan to look into the walls and see the extent of the damage. This will all be provided to me within a day or so with complete analysis.
These guys never cease to amaze me and I have not even tried to call another company. Try All Dry and I swear you will not be disappointed!!!

I recently had a significant water infiltration event in my Golden home. The rains had been significant and demand for service/​companies like All Dry was off the charts. These guys got me on their wait list, delivered equipment to me in hours, professionally triaged the situation, and ensured that I had the resources to protect the rest of my property throughout the week long event.
Tony Varela was my project manager. He visited the project timely and on multiple occasion. He offered good advice that solved my infiltration/​property protection concerns. He ensured that my equipment pricing and rental term was both fair and adequate. A great guy and company to work with. 5 stars…

I’d give this company 4 or 5 stars on getting my house dry after a pipe broke, and that’s the main point of their service.
However, this experience was unnecessarily painful this time (I had a similar problem last year). The project manager made the damage sound worse than it was, which distressed me plenty at a time when I was already distressed. He later apologized, but the apology didn’t make that much sense – or offset the stress – seeming little more than a professional gesture.
Finally, I asked for a returning customer discount, and they could have shaved 10 or 20 percent off the bill (which I was paying out of my savings) but refused. That’s their right, of course, but it would have been nice to lessen some of the stress they helped create.

All Dry is my go to company for anything involving clean up. They have mitigated Mold, water damage and recently a grow room for me. They always do an amazing job and their staff are always consummate professionals. Health and safety in ones home is singularly the most important thing so don’t mess around trying to cut corners, call All Dry. Ask for Dennis or Tony.

Did some replumbing work in our basement and when the plumber was in our crawl space he noticed some mold that he thought I should have looked at. Called All Dry and they came out and gave me an incredibly detailed quote, while the other company just gave me a ballpark number, which scares me. A couple of guys came out and got the situation taken care of in two days which was extremely helpful. They did a great job of explaining everything to me and walking me through the process. Once everything was done, I received the final invoice and it was actually for less than the quote! These guys were amazing and if I ever come across any mold issues I will definitely be calling them.

Dennis Jenkins saved my life! OK, not literally, but it felt that way. You have no idea how freaked out you can be when you find out you have mold in your house. you think your life is over and your house destroyer. trust me– it’s awful. Then, in walks Dennis, almost like a super hero. He and his team get into these elaborate suits, set up barriers and go to work getting rid of your mold. Before you know, you have your house back! They work clean, professional and don’t make you take out another mortgage just to pay them. If you have mold, run, don’t walk, to a phone and call Dennis. Better than calling 911 if you have mold!

The contractors who built our kitchen recommended All Dry when we had a flood in our beloved kitchen. I can’t say thank you enough for the prompt, professional service. They operate with a sense of urgency. The team was extremely knowledgeable and also willing to educate along the way. The PM assigned to our project repeatedly arrived on time and was remarkably respectful. I’d highly recommend!

Frozen pipes means flooded first floor. I found All Dry on Unilocal! and called them in a panic. Karen was amazingly calm and helped me through the process of having the team out. They arrived when they said they would. The team gave me their cell phone numbers so I could call them when I needed. Very professional, very kind. Didn’t leave any mess behind. Would always use them!

I had a water line burst and ankle deep water on 2 floors of my home. It was a mess and they came in, cleaned it, dried it and removed the mold so that I could rebuild and know that my home was still safe for my family.
