Roof replacement: Excellent company with a very good crew. Communication was always open and speedy. Even after the completion of the project, they were very helpful. They always went beyond what was expected. Our fine old house (1900) has a large roof with five condos. The nightly cleanup was thorough. The project manager was friendly and was always available to answer any questions. The pricing was competitive and did not change during the process. The job was completed exactly when we were told. We highly recommend Performance Construction.

Performance Construction did a great job repalcing our roof after we had some serious hail damage. We worked with Brad to get the job set up and he was very helpful from beginning to end. He was able to explain the process, work with the insurance adjuster, and continued answering questions throughout.
Our roof was replaced about 2 weeks ago and it looks great. They had a very large crew show up so they were able to complete the project in less than a day so that was nice. They also did a good job cleaning up our property upon completion; very few nails and debris left behind.
I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work on their home.

I don’t even feel that this business is worthy of the one star I’m giving it. we hired them for reconstruction project that started a month late. we ended up having to pay our mortgage and rent at the same time only to be left with extremely shoddy workmanship in our entire home.
