Established in 2012.
Former UNT Hospitality graduate fell in love with the city of Denton and has decided to share his love of Vietnamese cuisine with the local community!
Meet the Business Owner
Cuong Mai and Whitney D.
Business Owner
Cuong Mai graduated from UNT with his Hospitality degree and wasted no time jumping into the restaurant and hotel industry, feeding his love of food and service in the process. He has held various positions working in sub shops, burger joints, and large corporations such as Hilton and Marriott. With his Vietnamese upbringing, he wanted to share his passion for the cuisine. This is what sparked the idea to share this delicious, savory, fresh, and healthy sandwich with the world!
Whitney Dewell graduated from SMU with a degree in Vocal Performance. Whitney has always been an entrepreneur and put the pedal to the metal when Cuong started brainstorming a Denton based Vietnamese food concept. She is the brains of the operation but also brings creative ideas to the table.
