It was my second time going to this location and the entire time I was being rushed. When I was looking at the menu, and when I was trying to pay, I was being rushed by the manager. I thought customer service would at least be decent, but if the manager is seriously rude, obviously he does not care.

I consume Bueno multi times per week. Bueno is the bomb. Bueno IS the bomb. Put your shoes on, Grab your keys, and get to the nearest bueno. I LOVE Bueno.

Food is good and love the late hours. Really enjoyed how over stuffed the tacos were. Drive through was quick and easy couldn’t have asked for more.

NEVER again!!! Stopped in on a Saturday with my nephew, neither of us had been to Taco Bueno in awhile and it just sounded good. The inside was moderately clean and they weren’t all that busy. The ‘kid’ taking our orders apparently had forgotten how to smile and I am guessing ‘thank you’ or ‘have a nice day’ was not in her vocabulary!
I ordered nachos, not a difficult order, since they just threw a handful of broken tortilla chips on plate and dumped cold disgusting cheese sauce on it; not sure why it took 10 minutes unless they were waiting for the ‘cheese’ to get cold.
Now, I don’t expect fast food to be gourmet but I do expect it to be palatable. They did offer me a free burrito when I called to take a survey but why would I want it. Suffice it to say, I will not be back.

This place is horrible, tried the chicken tacos which have ZERO seasoning which makes them bland, no fish tacos on the menu and refried beans wrapped in a tortilla? Horrible… the hot sauce is basically plain bland tomato sauce, if you want tacos from a fast food joint stick to Del Taco.

It seems everything I go through the drive through I get less and less on my $ 5 taco salad. If I go in and sit down I always get a filling bowl of lettuce. Last night it seemed to be about a cup of lettuce and that is it. Just frustrating not same service in the drive through that I get as a dine in

I will never understand why Dallasites are so obsessed with this place. The food has no flavor! I can feel the food in my mouth, I just can’t freakin’ taste it! It’s boring, bland, bleh food. Is it some sort of delusional, «I’ve been eating this since I was a kid», undiscerning loyalty? What is it? I’ll never understand!

Taco Bueno breakfast is supremely awesome. I won’t eat anything else from them-​just the breakfast food. They don’t use American cheese on their burritos. Whataburger uses American cheese on their taquitos-​there is just something wrong with that.

It’s SO much better than Taco Bell. I’m glad someone showed me the light.
It costs a bit more than the Bell, but it’s worth it. Soooo worth it.
Although the workers at this Bueno aren’t very smart… fast…or efficient.
