This was my first experience seeing a periodontist and I must say a great experience was had. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. My first appointment was for an exam to assess my needs. Dr. Berube does an excellent job explaining the procedure that needs to happen to fix the problem. You are given plenty of time to ask questions or express concerns. Upon checkout patients are handed a professional looking folder with information sheets that explain the procedure and healing process. The second appointment was for the procedure itself. Once again I was met with friendly smiles. What I truly appreciated on both visits was my appointment time being honored. No wait time at all. Upon checkout this time I was given a colorful bag with supplies that I may need such as gauze, etc. I was very impressed with the efficiency & professionalism of Dr. Berube and her staff.

I had to see Dr. Berube for a gum/​tissue graft. I was terrified, both of the procedure and the cost. The procedure was easy and Dr. Berube even called the next day to check up on me. The cost was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and they even allowed me to split it into 3 payments. Very friendly staff, clean and welcoming office, and a great experience overall. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! FYI: The office can be a little tricky getting to, just call ahead and they can direct you.
