I will NEVER step foot in this place again… EVER! I came in for my 30,000 Mike maintenance; I was greeted by a service rep… within minutes this large rude jerk named Vance kept trying to interrupt the guy taking my info. I had to lure him outside walking towards my car from having the douchebag keep barging in. Once done, I confronted the idiot expressing how utterly rude he was and I was going to report him to the manager. The manager was just slightly better… after I explained what transpired, he was quick to dismiss me, like ‘oh… yea yea. sure. thank you’. The ONLY person that was great was Michael Rodriguez, the original service advisor.

Brought a 2016 Kia Rio less than 650 miles on car bad odor comes out of vents took it to them once they sprayed a dangerous chemical in the car a.c. system smell stills remains took it back to them a second time they did nothing to fix it where very rude and swore 4 different people could not smell anything in the car after the fact the paperwork says it smells like mold. Don’t buy a car here these people sell lemons!!!

Bernard Scott and Tom Talbot did a great job getting us this Kia at a great price! We test drive several cars, spent time talking price. When I told them I would think about it, no hassles. They told me to think about it and give them a call in the morning it we wanted the car. We returned the next afternoon and purchased the car at a great price!

Ask for Alex W. I just bought my second car from him – both super smooth experiences! No high-​pressure tactics. No bait and switch.

We were given the 100% run-​around that everyone wants to avoid. We were there for 3 ½ hours, and finally left. The salesman that we were scheduled to meet, wasn’t there, so we had to talk to someone else. We had to spend time with the finance manager, sales manager, some other manager, etc… Don’t go there!

I just got screwed by this dealership. We made a deal over the phone and by the time I got down there they sold the car. Don’t go here, not good people!

I hate buying cars. It’s awful.
This place is kind of a caricature of what you’d think buying a car is like. When I got there, I was on the phone with my wife. I was sitting in my car, and my door was cracked. A sales guy walked up and stuck his head into my car asking how I was doing, presumably to sell me a car, while I was on the phone!
I bought a used car. The price was fair, but the sales manager was rude. I paid in full, and tried to negotiate a bit on the price since I was paying in full. Totally reasonable thing to do. The manager heard me negotiating with the sales guy, and rather than step out of his office and have a normal conversation with me, he stuck his head out o his office and yelled, «200 dollars off, that’s it!» Rude.
The sales guy offered a million times to finance the car even though I was paying in full. He wanted the sale, bad. So he pushed to buy the car right then and there, coming up with any alternative payment method to push the sale on me.
I had a few other interactions with various staff members there. Nothing bad but it certainly isn’t spectacular.

Buying a new car sucks. It doesn’t matter what kind of car, new or used, expensive or not — it’s just the pits. Tons of research, a lot of lies, unresponsiveness, being inundated with phone calls you don’t want, etc. DH had his heart set on a Kia Soul for his first car purchase after running his 1998 Ford F150 until the wheels fell off. We tried working with numerous other Kia dealerships in DFW prior to seeing these guys and it was painful. Really painful. Getting phone calls at work when I explicitly asked not to be called during that time, avoidance, saying one thing and doing another, not willing to send purchase orders for us to review (and e-​mails stating that «instead of that, just come out and see us, we promise we’ll make it worth your while!»), etc. It was maddening.
Enter Huffines Kia. My friend recommended this dealership after a recent positive purchase experience. When we contacted them via e-​mail for a quote on a specific vehicle they had in stock, they were the ONLY dealership in the area that gave us exactly what we asked for the first time around — a quote with just the sales price not including the rebates and incentives. The quote was better than other dealerships who included the incentives in their quotes. Done. We headed up 35E to check it out hoping we weren’t wasting our time.
We met with Brett and he is a very nice guy. The quote he gave us via e-​mail that was guaranteed was honored at the dealership — no haggling, no trying to talk us into stuff we didn’t want. We loved that after all the crap we got from the other dealerships. I don’t think any dealers are transparent, but we were more comfortable with the level of openness here than we were elsewhere. I never believe when I’m told «the dealer is hardly making any money on this sale» and I didn’t believe it here either, but other than that, the experience was overall really great (for a car buying experience).
Definitely recommend Brett or William (which is who our friend used and had great things to say about).

they are really bad, they don’t repair anything all they do chancing a expensive part they change my differential fluid oil 2 days later car get break down from the place that they made oil change, and after I check my receipt and compare with my car manual owner oil is wrong recipt say 75w-​85 car manual owner sad 85w-​90 and they told me to replace $ 2200 so now I am going to court and they refuse to help thanks kia huffin your suck
