Went there today spent $ 127.00 they didn’t even fill the wiper fluid. Called up there to complain the manager said that was trivial!!! Will not go back who knows if they checked anything!!!

This is where I took my last car for oil changes and state inspections. I drive electric now, so I’ll unfortunately be seeing these guys less. The experience was always exactly what we all hope for in a visit to the auto shop — quick & honest service with no misleading upsells.
The employees all show a great deal of decisive hustle. When they say it will take 20 mins, you’ll probably get your car back in 15 mins. Underpromise and overdeliver.
The one time my car had an issue that was out of the ordinary, the manager recommended I take it to the dealership I bought it from in hopes it will be a warranty covered repair. He could have just suggested it wasn’t normally covered and implied it’s better to let him fix it, but he wanted to give me all the information and options to let me decide for myself.

This rating is for honesty and integrity. We arrived in Denton from My Airy, Maryland with our «Change oil» light flashing on the dashboard. We took it to this place and they checked and found I still had 2000 miles before the next oil change. They reset the alarm and checked the oil level only to find everything was in order. He did this without charging me anything. I was very thankful for finding THIS oil change establishment. Denton should be proud for having these kind of honest people working here. This was my first time ever in Denton. Before this time the only thing I knew about Denton was that they had the most beautiful women in all of Texas!

BEWARE-​this place will try to sell you work you dont need. i have been taking our cars here for more than 10 years, but NO MORE. went for a state inspection today. car was rejected because of «cracked belt». checking my records, the belt had 17k on it. googling «how to tell if your serpentine belt is worn» brings up if a belt has 4 or more cracks PER INCH, it is worn. this «worn» belt has 1 or 2 per inch. so i pick up a belt from orielly’s, which is right around the corner. takes me about 15 min to install. then i check online for «rejection because of cracked belt». i see several posts where a texas state inspection station told a customer they needed a new belt, or it would not pass, and they paid the station to have it done so they could pass. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. i then called department of public service, state inspection division, and was referred to the denton field office. the person i spoke to said all they are concerned with is the power steering belt, and if it is FRAYED or SHREDDED, it COULD possibly be rejected. he offered to inspect the belt, then if it is ok, he could call the station and tell them to pass my car. which i think he did. not wanting to waste time going to dps, and since i had already installed the new belt, which was difficult to tell from the «old» belt, i returned, and was mysteriously passed in a few minutes. i have been in the automotive industry for more than 30 years. i KNOW what a worn serpentine belt looks like. and i sure aint gonna pay someone 115 bucks plus parts to install a belt that takes 15 min, and costs 17 bucks. a state inspection station should do just that, not try to sell work that is NOT needed. think about it, i get rejected, and i still gotta pay the 40 bucks, but i CAN get it «repaired» at their station. i wonder how many already have? also, dps field office told me that the «penalty» for this is basically a «discussion» with the station.

I was able to literally drive right off the street into an open stall, so that was great. The whole oil change took about 15 minutes, which is super fast compared to where I normally go. The oil is better quality here too. The waiting room was clean, had a vending machine and magazines. The mechanic came in and instead of going over a huge checklist and attempting to sell me all manner of fluids and repairs, he just showed me my air filter, checked if I wanted to replace it (which I did) and then went to go close up my car. Since it was during their Valvoline Rebate promotion I got an additional $ 15 off. I just had to mail a form in and take the card they send you back into the shop and I got cash on the spot. I pulled into this place on a Saturday afternoon to get a transmission fluid flush. At first they said they have to test drive my car just to make sure their work wouldn’t «uncover» anything wrong, which I have never heard before when getting a simple transmission flush. So after this, they say they’ll accept the vehicle, a 2005 Cobalt to specify, and I go on my way across the street to have lunch. Halfway through my lunch, the technician came into the restaurant to inform me that they are refusing to service my car. So I hurry up and get back over to the shop and there are 3 technicians under my car, and not one of them can figure out how to flush my transmission, which I will remind you is on a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, one of the most common cars around. All in all, if the experience level of 3 technicians and what appeared to be 2 «supervisors» can’t figure this simple task out, then I personally would rather take my business elsewhere.
