I would not use this company again. Customer service is something that couldn’t be called «service». I am in customer service and if I was the owner of this company I believe I would do some training and some monitoring. The pricing is tremendously over priced as well. Quality is less then desired. Had to have some things redone.

The worst everything. Installed handles on my cabinets. However they also installed handles on the false fronts of the sink and the stove top! Where they were NOT not supposed to be. It cannot be fixed. The holes are there.
The backslash was retiled. The installers and the designer did not communicate and I got a completely different backsplash design than what I was told/​ordered.

HORRIBLE customer service. Dont even attempt to browse and get ideas of products and prices. Here is one veteran who will never be shopping here agin.
Wish i would of gotten her name to write to the store’s owner.
She kept saying I said i asked for the cheepest blinds in the store. And told how everything was too expensive for me. You have no idea how much I am able to spend. Just blew that sale.

i was convinced by my girlfriend to use Carpets Plus to help remodel our kitchen. We hired them to refinish the kitchen cabinets and install new granite counter tops. They turned out to be the WORST contractor possible for the job, We paid a couple thousand more than other bids we received with the understanding that their contractor who specializes in this would do a thorough sanding, then primer the cabinets well prior to painting them to ensure a quality job that would minimize chipping. In fact we were told to schedule all of our other contractors around this and it would extend the length of the job by a few days as there would be a ton of dust created from the thorough sanding job,
There was very little dust created from the light sanding job we received. In addition to that upon completion of the job, there was already chipping on the cabinets. A professional painter looked at the work and said they did not prime this which was apparent. When I went to my consultant and sales rep on the job, Cindy and shared my concern, i was then told the paint and primer had been mixed together and that only a light sanding was ever committed to. This was absolutely not what I was told when we agreed to use their contractor and the whole reason we went with them. The fact they misrepresented the quality of work we were going to receive on the cabinets and the attitude and lack of desire to make it right by the company was unacceptable.
The contractor was unreasonable to work with. We had another contractor who had to get in their for 15 minutes and this contractor stopped his work
entire day.
The whole experience was frustrating, disappointing and expensive compared to other vendors and inferior workmanship.
The final disappointment was by the Rep Cindy. I was told by the rep in the office she was the best person for the kitchen remodel. Although she did respond when I had a question her attitude was never one that was about satisfying me or making me feel my business was important. It was as if my $ 13,000 spent with them on this job was of minimal importance or concern and more of a hassle. I had to go in and sign paperwork to pay more to have the inside of the cabinets painted and Cindy sat behind the desk and didn’t even acknowledge us for several minutes and when she did it was as if I was a stranger.
My girlfriend and I are both in a service industry and reasonable in our expectations and would never recommend this company for any future projects to anyone.
