History

Established in 2012.

CB’s Tavern started with a simple mission — create a place that is an inviting hangout, where you can grab a bite to eat or a cool drink after work, where you can eat wings and watch the Broncos (hopefully when they are winning). Where friends can converse without competing with the volume of a jukebox, you can enjoy the food and beer that is unique to Colorado (especially the Western Slope). A place where we plan to provide good service for a decent price, that keeps you coming back for more. CB’s Tavern welcomes families and large parties.

Meet the Business Owner

Carrie B.

Business Owner

Carrie comes from a corporate background working for large companies in Denver such as AIMCO and ACS/Xerox. A Colorado Native, she wanted to return to her hometown and do as much possible to boost the local economy by creating jobs and creating a business that could, in turn, support other local businesses. Following the vision provided by a downtown revitalization survey, CB’s Tavern was born. Located in the heart of downtown Delta inside a historical building built in 1908, she helped to restore the building back to it’s original state including the original brick walls and tin ceilings. As an Owner/Operator of CB’s, she lives locally and has created a business that utilizes many local businesses. She is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce. She is looking forward to being part of this community for many years to come. She would like to thank all of you that support local business no matter where you choose to do it, but hopes (as all owners do) that you choose CB’s.
