Possibly the best jagerschnitzel I’ve ever had! My kids macaroni and cheese made with spaetzle was absolutely great too. Nice selection of beers and great service.

Really authentic German food in Delta. CO?! Yep, it’s true. The schnitzel and rotkraut are delicious. Give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed. My only suggestion is to re-​think the Black Forest cake. Ours was dry, tasteless and not worth getting after the delicious meal.

Ended up in Delta (Co) on our way from Arches NP to Denver and had a great time at this place! Opa’s Restaurant serves great food (German specialties like Schnitzel or Bratwurst) with authenthic German and local beers! Friendly staff, great service for a fair price! When you are near Delta you should really try this place!

Had the Jaeger Schnitzel. It was fine, I may be a little spoiled by some of the super stuff I had in Germany. The selection was limited, and the prices made for an expensive lunch. On the other hand, it would have been an inexpensive dinner. The staff was friendly, and they offer a 10% discount for seniors and military, active and retired.

Wow, what a find! Ate here twice in two days, great schnitzel and rouladen. Good German beer, friendly staff and great service. If you’re passing through Delta, you have got to stop and check Opa’s out.

First let me just say that a German restaurant opening in Delta should put this little town on the map.
The fact that they are clean, conscientious, and fairly professional should support the putting of this town on the map.
The smell was a welcoming gesture, but the ignorance of the available beers was something along the lines of disappointing.
These are my first impressions, so a future review may be required.
