I would recommend this spa for facials, eyebrow, waxing services, etc., but NOT for hair services.
I have been committed to the Nspa hair salon for several years but they struck out this time. One of their stylists is inexperienced in the haircolor area and she just wound up compounding the problem.
I had a simple color service done and the result was drastic and not in keeping with the desired result. She offered a «redo» –which was just a quick «patch up“job – and that result was even worse… I had to go to another salon for an appropriate color correction the same day.
Too bad… as I really like the Nspa environment and the relaxation areas but I will not return until Nspa hires some better qualified hairdressers.

SPA is wonderful, but hair salon, not so much. No natural lights, a dungeon. Unilocal asks for star rating? There is no minus option!

The entire spa area is very nice and comfortable. Fabiola from Spa was very nice and accommodating. The massage received on the first day was VERY mediocre. I specifically asked for a male masseur so that if have adequate amount of pressure applied… Didn’t happen. It seemed as though it was his first day as a masseur. I went back the following day for a facial. Hady was amazing, I even added an additional tip to the already included gratuity.
By the way… The gratuity they show on the receipt, is sometimes different from the one shown on your bill at the front desk for some reason. I suggest you pay very close attention to what you’re being charged for.
I doubt that I’ll be staying at this Marriott again.

I had a signature body exfoliation with a 50 minute massage with Linda she was amazing !
The only thing I didn’t expect or like is the «service charge» they say it’s not a tip but is mandatory ??? That is not very clear.
It is also pretty expensive but worth it!
I will definitely go back.

My wife was so pleased with the spa visit I arranged for Mothers’ Day. It was awesome. Everything from the service to the atmosphere to the sweet treats. She was as happy as I have ever soon her at a spa!
One drawback: They did NOT tell us that a service charge was automatically added to the bill. We gave the therapist a very nice cash tip and then discovered (by accident) that we had been charged a healthy tip already! This was not mentioned by anyone at the spa, not the person who made the appt, not the receptionist, nor the therapist. They apologized profusely when we noticed and they agreed to refund the difference back to our card the next day when we came back. BUT… it put a slight damper on an otherwise near perfect experience.
The steam room was not very hot– seemed to be turned off.
Né last thing: They should also tell people what time they close when the appointment is booked. We did not know they closed at 6 that day.

If only I lived closer to Nspa!
I had a very short visit for a manicure during my stay at the Delray Beach Marriott and was so impressed I wished I had come in earlier during my stay… several times! You cannot tell the beauty of the spa from just peeking in the waiting room inside the hotel, you MUST experience the spa from the inside.
The spaces are private and chic, my manicurist was friendly and beautiful. There are so many services available that you don’t need to go anywhere else! From express manicures, pedicures and massages to hair services, wraps, facials, makeup… so many services! The prices are just what I would expect at a spa of this beauty, quality and location. The upstairs waiting room (where I was taken for my nails to dry) is beautifully decorated and has sweeping ocean and palm tree views. There is an outdoor terrace where spa clients can enjoy a customized lunch prepared by the spa’s own chef, all natural and delicious offerings available. There is a feeling of relaxation and quality throughout the spa, it doesn’t feel rushed, messy, loud or outdated… at all.
I also was able to purchase some great Zents products in the main floor waiting area where they have a variety of high end spa products to use at home (which I very much appreciate).
As far as the quality of my manicure? Quintessential. Seriously, hands down THE BEST MANICURE ever. It lasted over a week (just plain manicure, the express to be exact) and it was so beautiful I posted a photo of it on instagram! I get a manicure every 1 – 2 weeks at home and sometimes I am disappointed after 2 days. I am yearning to go back to nSpa and if you’re lucky enough to live nearby, or in the visiting area, I encourage you to stop in. Highly.

I have been to this spa several times! It has spoiled me for all others. From their delicious melted sipping chocolate, to the soft white robes/​slippers, the pampering knows no end! The changing/​bathrooms are huge, large private locked storage for your stuff. The waiting area is a cozy living room esque area with large windows a gorgeous terrace and views of the ocean! Herbal teas beyond your dreams and fresh fruit for your every craving. Even if you go for just 1 treatment, you can stay and use the spa facilities for the entire day! There’s even an adults only pool/​jacuzzi outside. Every detail is to the ‘9s’ at N Spa.

I had an amazing experience at the Nspa. The staff was professional and extremely accommodating. I am making it my local salon and spa. I found a new hair stylist, and
they have every other service you can imagine. My Birthday is coming up and i asked my husband for a spa day! Can’t wait…

while the front desk staff can be hit-​or-​miss here and mani/​pedis are always good, i recently got a GREAT facial from alexis. she is lovely and clearly loves what she does. i walked out of there feeling so great. i got a few products on her recommendation but she wasn’t the least bit pushy and was very honest about what products would be a better investment for my skin.
gentle but thorough extractions and a thoughtful dusting of mineral make-​up before i left :)
