Shopped there for 15 years and spent thousands. I brought back three bottles of the same wine that was bad and the response was «Sorry, I cannot get credit from my suppliers».
So much for customer care when the chips were down.

Sign up for the tasting (one Sat per month) mailing list, and join the crowd of regulars. Seriously: it’s a fun group and the same folks time after time. This is a store that’s made by the owner, a self-​described cork dork. What you get is the usual mass-​market selections *plus* a thoughtful, hand-​selected set of wines about which he knows a lot. And customer feedback is welcomed, wines sought out, discounts generously given. Easily the best wine store in the area: not a big-​box discount place, but the prices are comparable and the overall experience far better.
