Dr. Beth Eyles treats my back, neck and migraine pain. She is gentle yet effective. She seems passionate and confident and that puts me at ease. She genuinely cares about my health and progress and she motivates me to keep getting healthier. I highly recommend.

I recently received care from Dr. Elizabeth Eyles during my visit. I had been experiencing headaches and tightness in my mid-​back and neck. I initially went to the office because my insurance covered it and my headaches were getting worse, I had a close friend who recommended me to Lapp Chiropractic. I could not be happier with my results and with the great care Dr. Eyles and her staff provided.
I would recommend any of my family or friends to visit the office.

I hurt my back late friday night and I walked in with out an appointment and they made time for me. I was very happy with Dr. Marr and Dr Lapp’s staff. Everyone was professional and i am feeling much better. They also gave me some strenght training exersizes to reduce the risk of injury. Thank you

Mama W, I totally agree with everything you wrote! The same thing happened to me! They have my review shown as a «filtered comment» on this Unilocal,so I’m not sure if you are able to open it and read it. I am glad to see that even though they filter complaints they don’t like, it doesn’t prevent others from having the same bad experiences and reporting them. FYI, of course I had the money to pay for them trying to double and triple bill me after my insurance paid in full, and I got the same run around from the owner as you did. Out of principle, I told the Better Business Bureau about these shifty billing tactics, and it was determined that I didn’t owe them a single dime. As a gesture of helpfulness and concern to anyone else this owner is trying to bilk, I strongly advise that you file a complaint with the BBB. They know what is going on and can get this woman off your back.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! First of all, the actual office is old and does not really give a very sterile impression. My first visit here was in winter, one of the coldest days, and the heat was broken. They didn’t close though because, of course they won’t get paid… who cares that patients are absolutely freezing? At this first visit I was given the spiel that «we don’t treat patients indefinitely, only for what you need» but trust me, if you have insurance willing to pay for treatments here, you’ll «need» each and every visit they approve. I only used this location because it was approved by my insurance and Lapp Chiro must know how to work the system. I overheard phone calls being made to several past patients, reminding them that even though they had stopped coming, their insurance had approved additional visits and that they should come back… what happened to only coming for as long as you need to? In my case, it was quite a drive to this office and the car ride aggrivated my condition more than any of their treatments helped! Adjustments are just back cracking, something I can do on my own. Ultrasound & Elec Stim did nothing. Massages were good and probably were most helpful — very nice, seemed skilled but never had the same therapist twice. After initial approved visits, 2 more were approved and, of course, I needed them all. Never did experience pain relief. Now, 6 mos after last visit, I get calls telling me I owe some additional co-​pay (already paid) because they requested more visits for me (this time they were denied). It seems like they wanted to squeeze some final payment out of me. When I tried to question this charge, I was first told, «Look, you got all those treatments & massages…» to which I replied, «what does that mean? It’s not like they were FREE — my insurance PAID you for them!» I was then told well, that’s what the doctor charged, so you owe it. So I asked if I could speak to the doctor about the chsrges. Nope. Doctor won’t speak to patients. And if I don’t want to pay they’ll turn it over to collections. So fine, I’ll go to my insurance alerting them of fraud. They only care about how much money they can get out of you and your insurance company. Had they actually helped me I might not have even cared but I’m in more pain than ever. There are so many other Chiro’s & PT’s out there that actually help people, there’s absolutely no reason to go here, even if, like me, your insurance covers it. I wish I had gone elsewhere and actually had success, not additional pain & hassle.

Can’t rate the skill or ability of the doctors here because I just spent an hour in the office waiting to meet with one until I decided I had to leave.
Made an APPOINTMENT for 5:15pm and arrived at 4:50 to sign the new patient forms (they wanted me to come a half hour early, but I got there a bit late). I was finished with their little questionnaire in about 5 minutes.
After sitting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes, the nurse at the front desk walks me back to one of their rooms, takes my blood pressure with a digital instrument showing 170/120…then decides to do the measurement manually, finding that I actually have a BP of ¹²⁷⁄₇₅. She leaves the room and tells me the doctor should be in shortly. Five minutes later, she tells me the doctor is running late and will be coming in about five more minutes.
Twenty-​five more minutes go by and I decide I’ve had enough waiting so I walk out to the front desk where lo and behold, this doctor is chatting it up with his staff, and he tells me he was «JUST about to walk in.» I let the girl at the front know that I want to make sure I’m not charged for anything because I’d just been idly sitting around for over half an hour and this doctor looks at me with this incredulous look and asks me, «Are you really just going to leave? I was just about to walk in.»
Sorry doc, but I’m not paying you to have me sit around for an hour.

I’ve visited Lapp Chiropractic twice so far, and go back again tomorrow. The first visit brought substantial relief, the second visit brought even more relief, and I expect that this third visit may be enough to fully rid me of my problem. But, these doctors aren’t happy with just giving you an adjustment and sending you on your way… this is the first chiropractic office I’ve visited where I’ve been given homework! The assistant showed me some exercises that will help strengthen my muscles, and prevent a recurrence of my neck problem. How’s that for getting at the crux of the issue?!
My experience with chiropractors in the past is that they want you to keep coming in several times a week, then weekly, then monthly, to just keep doing the same treatment over and over again. I was happy to finally find a place where the doctors seem to truly care about figuring out what is causing the problem and then helping you fix it.
