They towed my car through AAA. The driver dropped it & caused nearly 2k worth of damage — they ruined 2 new tires, new rims, & rear bumper, along with possible suspension issues. They are arranging repair with garage but have not been pleasant. Also, no car for me, plus lots of other difficulties. Ask AAA NOT TO USE. BAD.

RELEASED MY CAR WITH OUT MY CONSENT. rude as all hell on the phone, tow truck drivers had a total of three teeth between all of them. I have never been spoken to with less respect in my life until I got on the phone with the lady who they let you talk to after you’ve been on hold for 5 minutes.

Another dead battery, I called AAA and they were there in 15 minutes and the young man, Dean, was an absolutely class act. He tested the new battery, discovered a dead cell, replaced the battery and was as well mannered as they get.
I’ve used these guys a few times and all their help are excellent.
I’d recommend them to anyone.

Classic story of running in to store to get ice cream on a summer night and locking yourself out of your car! Mike was really great about it and worked his tail off to get me back in the car. Who knew civics were so hard to break into! From one Veteran to another… thank you thank you thank you!!!

So locked myself outta the car (Friday the 13^th) and went to Dedham Police station to call AAA. Officers there were extremely helpful (thanks again guys). Waited an hour no one came, went back to station where I called AAA again & seemed my work order never went through. Officers recommend I ask AAA to send Bill & Mike’s, and the Dedham Police did not let me down with their recommendation. After AAA had wasted my time initially they redeemed themselves by calling Bill & Mike’s who got to my car in a few minutes and got me back in action. Thanks all around!

I had my car towed here yesterday, the battery was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. I was expecting to have to replace the alternator and pay $ 400 – 500. Bill and Mike’s checked it out, replaced a battery terminal and charged me $ 45, the car was ready the next day. If they wanted to, they could have replaced the alternator and I would have never known the difference. These guys are honest and quick!

Bill & Mike’s responded to a Triple A call about a routine flat tire. The first guy came out and was very pleasant. He tried to get the tire off but the wrench I had for a very specific European hubcap wasn’t working. He left after he called someone else to help. The next guy, Scott, arrived 20 minutes later, apologized that the first guy couldn’t fix it and tried to fix it himself. He couldn’t. I asked him to tow my car to the dealer, since I thought they were the only ones that could fix it. At this point I hadn’t paid anything — AAA covered these two visits. They would have charged me for the tow. He filled my tire so I could drive to a place very close by. He told me that they could fix it, and they did.
I am visiting from Philadelphia, and I don’t know anyplace here. They were honest and kind when they really could have taken advantage of me.
I recommend them to anyone.

I am not sure what Julie C’s problem is below, but I am a girl, and they have never tried ripping me off. I was told that I need Struts, and had them look at them. They told me that I don’t need them, and that I was being taken advantage of.
There’s usually a bunch of guys in there, and every single one of them have always been pleasant to me.

Mike, Billy, and Adam were all really great to deal. I had a lot of towing issues, and they were knowledgeable about all different makes/​models of cars plus area shops you could take a damaged car to. They were quick to respond to my call, jumped through hoops to help me out, and I would highly recommend that they be your FIRST call for emergency road service.
