Kathy and Mary have built a large network of clients throughout the years in their real estate practice in the Atlanta market. Their many years of experience have given them the knowledge of all the in-​town neighborhoods as well as many of the suburban areas of Atlanta. Their experience in these markets is key to providing clients with historical and present-​day facts that help guide their clients in making just the right decision.

Established in 2000.

Kathy began her real estate career at The Zac Team at Re/​Max Greater Atlanta and Mary joined her at the Zac Team. Being a member of the Zac Team gave Kathy and Mary the experience in all the in-​town neighborhoods as well as Fulton County, areas of Cobb County and Gwinnett County.

Kathy and Mary have been a part of the changing landscape of Eastern neighborhoods in Atlanta working with builders, renovators and helping clients find just the right home.

Kathy is an Associate Broker, has graduated from Star Power University in sales training both for buyers and sellers, an accredited buyers representative, certified as a Short Sale/​Foreclosure Resource, member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, DeKalb Board of Realtors, and a Phoenix Award winner and Lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club.
