Raquel Perez-​McDonald is an exceptional Realtor and she’s great to work with. She helped me sell my home in Woodland. My house needed new windows and it looked drab from the street. It needed some serious curb appeal before listing.
I couldn’t take off a lot of time from work to interview contractors, home stagers and landscapers. With Raquel I didn’t have to. She has a team of professionals lined up to do the work. Each person did a fantastic job – on time and on budget. My house went from looking like nothing special to absolutely gorgeous.
Raquel understands the Woodland market and she knows what buyers are willing to pay for a home in my neighborhood. Her advice helped me price it right and I got a full price offer a week and a half after listing! Raquel also was my Realtor when I bought in Davis. At my price point, buying in Davis is not fun — it’s nerve wracking because there is so much competition for moderately priced houses. But Raquel found an overlooked place that’s in a fabulous neighborhood but needed a serious cleaning and some new paint. That proved to be an easy fix and I got a great house for a fair price.
