There aren’t enough words in my vocabulary to begin to describe how AWESOME Karen is. My husband and I recently bought our first home in Davis. We lived in the bay area and could only be in Davis on the weekends. Despite this, she made the home buying process easy! She worked so hard to help us through the search, the offer, the inspections, and the confusing process that is ‘escrow’. She is super easy to get a hold of by phone, text, or e-​mail. Even after we’ve closed and moved in, she is still helping us navigate our sewer line problem! She knows Davis like the back of her hand, and helped us to choose plumbers and electricians for our issues. She set up estimates and fought for us while we couldn’t be there. I am so thankful that we found Karen and I can’t recommend her enough to the next person! She’s the BEST!

Karen is simply the best! My husband and I just sold our home with Karen and then she helped us buy a new one. The process was fairly complicated because there were multiple contracts happening all at once. Karen was incredibly organized, responsive, professional and thorough. She was great at supporting us through our decisions and providing us with guidance and recommendations when we weren’t sure what the best decision was. We had 100% trust in her and she came through for us. One of her colleagues described her as a «tough cookie» and she definitely is! When you need someone in your corner to protect your best interests… Karen is fabulous!

My husband and I are recent first home buyers because of Karen. She was an amazing person to work with and is very knowledgable about the Davis area. If you are not aware, Davis has very strict home permits rules and the house we bought had multiple non-​permitted items in the home. Karen helped us navigate this process and made our first home buying experience a great one. There are not enough words to say how great Karen was throughout this process, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying in the Davis area.

I Found Karen on Unilocal.I have been working with her for the past 5 months to look for an investment property or looking to move into Davis. I really appreciated her professionalism. I like her honesty (which is rare to find in a Realtor). She TRULY does look after the interests of her clients and works really hard to find every detail (good and bad, past and present) info about a home. She definitely doesn’t hold back any information about a house. That is a HUGE plus… because I hate a Realtor who doesn’t share what they truly know and ALL they know about a property. NO worries with Karen, she someone you can absolutely TRUST!
She accommodated our schedule and was readily available via email or phone call to answer any questions I had. She also listened to my «talk out loud thought process» (yes I am one of those people that rambles on). I felt like she listened well and knew what I was looking for and if anything where to come up on the market she gives me a call right away about it.
She also gave me info when I asked her, instead of telling me to research it myself, such as Davis zoning codes… etc.
I felt «safe» with Karen as my Realtor and wished there were more honest, hard working Realtors out there who TRULY looks after the interest of their clients.

We give Karen all the credit for helping us get our dream house. It was a short sale and she navigated the entire process flawlessly including coming up with some great tactics to help expedite the sale and make our offer more appealing to the bank. She was prompt, easy to work and very accomodating, especially considering we were probably more needy than most. I would reccomend her to any friend, family member or stranger having full confidence that she would do a fantastic job for them.

I was intending to relocate my family to Davis, CA, and read Karen’s Unilocal reviews. She went above and beyond to assist me and my family and knew the local market like the back of her hand. Even though we ultimately stayed in South Florida, I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Davis, CA.

Karen is the consumate professional. The amount of time she gave to us, no matter what time or day was amazing. We know we are not easy to please. She is extremely dedicated, detail oriented and patient. You know that she is going to find you what you are looking for and that you are in good hands. From the beginning of our search to find that perfect home to the close of our escrow she was always availale to answer any questions. There was no stone unturned when we needed to find contractors to do the remodel once escrow closed, she was still helping us out. She even recommended housekeepers! She goes way beyond the call of duty!

Karen is a great realator and was a pleasure to work with. I met her back in 2005 in the Tahoe Area when I began to look for a house there. I met with several realators in the Area but ended up going with Karen because she did such a great job listening to my feed back and I felt she waqs very dedicated to finding the right house for me. I first met Karen through a cold call from the Bay Area regarding a property I saw online in North Lake Tahoe. We had not hired an agent yet and were planning to make a trip so we agreed to come up and see some properties with her over a weekend. Based on the area we were interested in and the type of property we wanted, Karen had upwards of 40 properties to see upon our arrivel — based on her knowledge of the area and more information from us, we were able to sort through her list and see at least 25 properties in a few hour span. Based on our feedback from the prior day, Karen met us the next morning with at least 30 more properties. We whizzed through them with her pointing out the pluses and minuses of the homes and what was good for re-​sale in the area. She took us to a beautiful new construction home that we figured was way out of our price range, thus would not have seen on our own — she told the well-​established builder from the area that he was way over-​priced and we ended up buying the place for substantially less than what he originally had the place posted for.
Davis is lucky to have Karen… we would hire her again either as a buyer or seller in a second.
