When I put my heart into action, I am energized. I exercise in mindfulness and emphasize remembering my connectedness. I choose to FEEL WHOLE; I need and want from my solidity. I love myself unconditionally… through any fear, pain, or insecurity. I am not afraid to love others, I love others unconditionally.
I am Louisiana born, Texas raised, and California bloomed.
I struggled a lot with wondering and seeking to understand myself and this life we’re in, and now in California my questions are ceasing and I am relaxing into my own Being-ness while suddenly in the Fall of 2014 being inspired to leave the conventional workforce and become a massage therapist so that my passion and care for the community can be put into good use. It is such a priviledge to be a supporter of peace and well-being. This Beautiful life continues to shape me, and invites me to be a responsibly exuberant participant.
