I have been using this insurance office for about five years and have found them to be responsive to my needs and generally good, kind people. That being said, I have not once encountered Dave himself!

This office and State Farm has done nothing but cause me headaches since I have been with them. I have constantly had my rates changed for no rhyme or reason and the only explanation that I got when I called to complain was that State Farm has had a lot of accident claims this year. That is neither my fault nor my problem but it’s definitely not a reason to charge me more money every month.
I found out that they were overcharging me for a few months in a row and when I called all they did was apologize and give me a credit off my next months insurance bill. I really don’t feel that I can trust them or State Farm. I’m pretty sure you could find a better insurance agents office and a better insurance company.
