Very rude staff, charged unfairly upon move out, very crime prone — police there regularly for violence and drug activity. Right before I moved in there was a homicide in the unit above mine.
They let the garbage pile up around the dumpster and let it stay that way for days. Then they don’t even do anything about people having garbage bags in the corridors. (see picture)
The staff RARELY answers the phone, except to call you with a BS charge.
Very overpriced for what it is. Avoid Greystar properties.

I lived here from 2008 – 2009, so I’m sure that there have been some changes since then. That being said, let me start off with the thing that pissed me off the most about living here. I was very enthusiastic to find out upon signing my lease that they’d be opening a gym soon — probably within a month or two. When did that gym actually open? 11 months later. Oh, and they charged a fee to get the key!
Next, let’s move on to the thing that pissed off my boyfriend the most about living here. He got his car stolen from our parking lot. Yeah. That wasn’t fun.
I had to call maintenance once in my time here, on a Friday afternoon. Noticed that our washer was leaking, and steadily causing a bigger and bigger puddle. When I called, they said they’d be there to fix it on Monday. After expressing my disbelief that they’d like me to give the washer another two days to flood the apartment before fixing it, they finally thought logically and came to look at it right away. But really!!!
Location is probably one of the best aspects of this community. It’s right on Hiatus and 84, and you can even access a gate right off the highway. It’s also across the street from Winndixie, which was very convenient. It’s a gated community, and guests will ring directly to your phone to get buzzed in. My ¹⁄₁ was huge for the price, and nicely laid out. They also discount for BC/​Nova students. The community has some great features, like a volleyball court, barbeques, pavillions, and even a dog park.
Assuming their gym is not «temporarily closed» again and you don’t have a really nice car, check it out.
