Atmos technologies always goes above and beyond to keep me satisfied. I love their products and was able to give up smoking because their vaporizers are so satisfying! I tried other brands in the beginning but Atmos was superior to all of them, by far. Keep up the great work!

I bought this at a reputable smoke shop in town. I got it home, used it once then it died. I tried to charge it but it turns green as soon I plug it in without charging, not to mention that the light faces the wall so you can’t tell by just looking straight on.
I was finally able to charge it but the coil doesn’t turn red so it doesn’t do anything but get warm. I called customer service the first week I owned it because the first time I used it, I didn’t feel anything or see any evidence of vapor. I later found out that this idea of a vape pen is a completely false ad and the way Atmos thinks they can work around it is by charging $$ to ship them to those who didn’t get the advertised «vape“in the first place.
I was forced to register my product to get these screens by sending a copy of my receipt via email. I had to do this several times because no one knows how to access their own files. I did this and when I called to talk about the heating problem, I spent an hour troubleshooting a BROKEN item. The customer service rep. Was not able to help and offered to «replace» the heating chamber for a ridiculous $ 20! This is not a warranty replacement program, but a scheme to sell disposable parts to unwitting customers who don’t realize that to buy the heating chamber new is $ 30. So, if you buy a warranteed product, should you expect to pay ²⁄₃ the cost of a new piece? This is clearly Atmos’ nod to poor business skills 101. If I paid $ 100 for a product that is faulty, do you think I would pay an additional 20% tax to get a replacement item?
I’m pretty sure a class action lawsuit will follow so keep your receipts. False advertising, poor quality product, and zero knowledge of customer service and satisfaction.

well I would have to say the 6 monthsive had my rx I havent had a problem except for the fact that mine didnt come with the glass screen even though I never really needed it the spring wasnt quite the greatest because it needed something flat against the spring so the herb would not get tangled up in it also didnt reach the bottom ive done well with the ceramic filter and spring out and a peice of foil where the ceramic filter was keeping the metal screen in cleaning is pretty easy just some 70% or higher grain alcohol let all contaminated peices soak for around 20 minutes or so and just wipe off residue. atmos is doing just fine in my book I havent had to call them for support but im sure I eventually will but thats ok with me. Atmos please take some of the advice I have given you and fix these problems for these are the only complaints I have and have had from others using my pen these things take time and will have quarks to work out. I’ve tried all the pens out there and atmos is my favorite. Their heating element is the whole bottom of the heating chamber and isn’t just a little coil on some string like all the other pens out there. And there technology is indestructible! I lost my pen during winter found it a couple months later when the snow thawed a little bit to find my atmos! It was ran over and the bottom piece was missing. But I pressed the button and took a hit anyways and it worked the same way I left it before I lost it. Very impressed with the conditions It can go through. If you’re debating between the gpen, 710 pen, trippystix, any micropens, or anything with the glass globe chambers. Hands down I pick the atmos all day. Their technology is made to go through wax. You don’t have to replace the parts that much if you treat it well and keep it clean. Where as for the other pens I went through heating elements within a couple weeks. I can go months with just one atmos heating chamber. And when I feel something is wrong with my atmos I simply call them up ask for someone and explain the problem. Within minutes they put in an order for me and I get my replacement parts a few days later with just the shipping fee under the 1 year warranty.

Not sure how the atmos jr got to be so highly ranked in high times as best vape pen. 2 wks after I received the heating element, stops working. Things don’t hear, they just bubble.
Now 3 months after purchase the entire battery doesn’t even charge despite hours and hours of it being plugged in, light remains red.
Absolutely avoid. Customer service is abysmal, this company does not stand by its product AT ALL.

The customer service is inexplicably terrible. As shown below with all of the negative reviews, I received a unit that stopped heating the coil within a day of receiving the unit. Marybeth in customer service did not care, and it sounded like she went through these motions on a daily basis. Her only solution was to charge me more money for a defective unit I had already overspent on. The worst part was a supervisor named beth was suppossed to call me back and as expected, she never did.
Do not do business with this company. They do not stand behind their products or care about their customers. They even refused to tell me who the CEO was so I could write him/​her a letter to inform him of the incompetent individuals working under him/​her.
Business 101 AtmosRX, lifetime value of a customer. Google it. Im 27, so you guys just lost out on a minimum of 30 years of revenue from me alone, not to mention the terrible word of mouth I plan on spreading.

Not sure why others are complaining so much about. Maybe they just have bad luck. I’ve used AtmosRx for about 2 yrs. Yes the batteries have failed but after several months of consist use. They are under warranty for 1yr and will gladly exchange them for you. with a small cost. I’ve been to the davie store 4 different times and customer service has been awesome. They don’t try to push their product like more other stores do. They show you all the new stuff that is constantly coming out. All in all, i could not be happier with their product or customer service.

30 days ago I purchased an Atmos Raw RX (for 136.99). Within several weeks the power button tore and stopped functioning. I called customer service and they sent me an envelope containing three more plastic strips.
A week after that the battery unit stopped functioning completely. It won’t hold a charge, although the charging unit does seem to be functioning. I called customer service and was told despite registering 2x now through

Fine, registered. Called back. Explained the situation, was told that I had two options: 1. I pay to send back the defective piece and that within 3 weeks I should receive a replacement part. OR 2. I could send them $ 20 and they would send out a new unit. This doesn’t make sense to me? Within 30 days and I am required to spend additional money to get a working product?
The genius in customer service insisted that other companies would never send out replacement parts without getting the defective parts back. Obviously this isn’t true so I don’t even know how to respond to that BS.
It just pisses me off that I can spend a pretty big chunk of change on something and that it isn’t going to function properly for a month! I could see taking on some of the cost burden if it was outside of 30 days, but this is just ridiculous.
This is my 3^rd purchase from them and it is shaping up to be the last. Their «customer service» is absolutely terrible — and based on other reviews seems like it is playing a huge role in their community reputation.
ATMOS — if you are listening, if you make better products it probably wouldn’t be such a burden to honor their warranties and keep your customers happy.

Nightmare! Bought an Atmos Raw. Brought it home and charged it before use, as the manual states. The charging light stayed red for six hours (instead of turning green when done). After a little over six hours, the charging light was still red. I looked closely, and noticed that Lithium-​Ion battery fluid was leaking from the unit. Had I not caught it there could have been an explosion or fire.
Terrible, terrible, inexcusable! Stay away from Atmos. If you don’t believe me just do a little searching on the Internet, which I should have done before purchasing.

I bought the Atmos Raw and have had nothing but problems with it since i got it. Ive replaced the cermaic heating chamber at least a half dozen times & replaced the battery a few times. Everything is covered under the warranty but ive have to pay $ 20 for shipping everytime which is bullshit! Most recently the battery stopped working & so i sent it in & they sent me a new one. When i recieved the new one it didnt even work! So then i have to spend my own money to send it back to them because no one there is smart enough to check the product before shipping it out. Ok so then they sent me another new one & it worked for a couple days & of course the unit doesnt work again. I highly suggest stayin away from this company & all of its products. There are plenty of other great products on the market for cheaper & less hassle. Research & read reviews before buying. I rated it one star because i couldnt post the review. I wouldnt give them any stars if it was up to me.

I was fortunate to be given the Atmos Raw starter kit, it is a very personal vaporizer for use with medical marijuana and or hash, and with a new adaptor from Atmos oils too. It is very well made, rechargeable and it will always get Ohh’s and Aww’s from all of your smoking buddies. Vaporizors do not vaporize but when properly working provide the user with nice ‘smoke’ which is from the tricombes inserted into it. This product allows you to literally pull it out of your pocket like a pen, push the button and you are not blowing excess smoke out around you thus people aren’t usually aware of the fact the you are getting the medicinal product that one usually finds oneself in need of.
This is a very well made product, nicely packaged. One tip is that if you happen to purchase an older unit that is on someone’s shelf, call their tech support number 786−888−8700 and ask nicely for their new ‘glass screen’ that they now ship this product with, it’s a big improvement.
It does take some practice to figure out how to properly fill and how to tamp the canabis product in the unit, and to properly clean it as well, but considering all it’s not too bad. when the consistency of different canabis products change one would tamp it in a little different. Also the product does not vaporize or complelety turn to ash. So a good cleaning, they include a brush and a little spoon/​tamper is a good thing, and btw the ‘remains’ that come out should just be thrown away, while the remains look like they are still somewhat usable, they are not, throw them all away, the tricombe content is now mostly gone. This is true of the remains that come out of any vaporizer, don’t try to make butter out of it or whatever, if you’re interested in those things do it right.
I’ve had this for a week or two and it is very very nice to just pick it up, press the button, get a nice personal hit and then toddle off to nod out or if Eric Northman has been not so patiently waiting for you there, whatever.
I have used a couple of vaporizers from different eras in vaporizing technology and this is a nice, small personal one for those times that having such a thing would just be the cat’s pajamas. If I had a number of people over to imbibe, I would most likely think about a bigger unit perhaps, but then the Ohh’s and Ahh’s are nice to hear. It is very well made, the supplied charger works well, and currently if you buy this from their website, it comes with a much needed leather pouch which protects it and it’s required little tools. Atmos has a nice website, where you can register the unit for it’s warranty and also you can easily buy any of the little parts which I am sure will eventually become an instant cat toy if left on the table. One thing I have found is that the barrel parts do roll off a table quite nicely so don’t put them anywhere where that can happen, then things pop apart when the hit the floor, and it’s just professionally embarrassing.
I like the product a lot, I wish it had come from the start with the glass screen, be aware that there is some advice on the web about how to ‘improve’ it by taking out the spring and this and that, but I believe that advice was for an earlier model, get the glass screen first if you didn’t get it with your unit.
Now push the button and suck!
