Southeastern Engineering and Testing Laboratories has been in business 41 years. Some of our major clients: Broward County School Board, Volusia County School Board, Fort Lauderdale International Airport «Project 80’s», Town of Davie, City of Hollywood, Centex Homes, Lennar Homes to name a few. Twenty years ago the company moved in a different direction, we developed a unique technique to repair a home that had hard debris buried under one corner of the footing, we named this proprietory system «Y Bear Pier.» To date we have repaired over a hundred foundations, We have NEVER been called back with regard to any work we have performed.
