Chuck E. Cheese’s

A well managed establishment in my opinion. Well organized and prepared for our daughter’s party with polite and courteous staff. They consistently were one step ahead with keeping the party moving along. The facilities were clean enough to meet acceptable standards but the thing I have to compliment them on was their service. Even the high school kids that worked there actually seemed like they were having fun and cared. To me; that is a sign of good management that stresses going the extra mile for the customer. The food was fine even though the wings had a ton of fat on them.

We went there this past weekend and were so disappointed. The manager was crass and abrasive to customers and the place was severely understaffed. People were waiting an unreasonably long time for food. Tables were left dirty long after people left and the bathrooms were disgusting. The manager and a worker ignored us as we waited to cash in tickets, walking past us several times. Terrible experience this past Saturday evening.

The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because some of the games were broken. Great service, very clean. Food was fresh and delivered in 15 minutes. Pizza has a garlic butter on crust, very good. It’s safe environment for a mom and her kids. We had fun. Manager Jesse was very friendly and redeemed our coupons after the fact because we forgot we had them. Bathrooms clean. The kids got alot of tickets at every game! We will return here again!

I had my sons birthday party here and wow did they do a great job even though the place was PACKED the staff never dropped the ball and everythgin was perfect. My four year said it made all his dreams come true. ;-) I do realize this is my second review for Chuck E Cheese, but I really believe they are worth it. Great fun for the kids.

as always we take our six year old to the chuck e cheese in darien il, they are always friendly yet this sunday we were helped in several occassions by there employee dijon, whom we are so delighted to have had him as our help… he was friendly, attentive, and has great customer service, always with a nice positive attitude, never did we see him frowning nor upset of helping others, thank you dijon for such a good experiance at check e cheese. you are the best!!!

We had my sons 4^th birthday party here yesterday. Everything went smooth and a great time was had by all. We had the party early and it was a holiday weekend, so my son was the only birthday kid and there were only a few other customers. All the kids had a blast, many of them had never been to a Chuck E Cheese before. The parents all enjoyed the food — we had pizza, cheesey bread, and a veggie tray for the adults, and the food is better than you would expect for a place where the food is not meant to be the main attraction. All the games were working, everything seemed clean, and we felt very well attended to by all the employees and both managers checked in and introduced themselves. Our party hostess, Katie, was absolutely amazing, kept us well informed and made sure everything was going well. I’d recommend this as a party spot to everyone.

I was playing a game and I was going to play again and then these girls cut me and were very rude to me and chuck e cheese.

Been to a few Chuck E Cheeses, and this one is immaculate and heavenly in campaison to its other locations. Staff here is very friendly and professional, and they do a pretty good job keeping the place clean and the games functioning. Not too hot for their pizza, it’s not bad, but not great, but their salad bar is especially clean and definitely healthier than pizza. I like the security measures that they take to keep your kids safe, and I love that they have healthy snacks available instead of just burgers, fries and pizza.

On my cigarette break while working at Sears Outlet I stopped in to play some ski bawl and meet some children. It was a good time, I ended up hanging with a family who’s son was turning 7. We chatted a while and had some free beer from the party which was cool. I chatted with the tipsy parents for a while then got a few games of skee baal in. I got a good score and got 2 bawlz in the fifty hole. I hung out with a kid named Michael for a while and gave him money to play the zombie shooter game. I was having so much fun with Michael I almost forgot to go back to work. I ended up clocking in 1 minute late but it was worth it. Overall this chuck e cheese is a great place to have some fun!!!

Amazing CEC! Clean, safe, friendly staff. Just great place for kids & parents.

We live about 30 minutes away (sometimes 45 w/​traffic) and it is well worth the drive! We visited here yesterday for some fun and they did not let us down. Pizza was great, also! I love the nice staff and the super clean environment.
We will definitely be coming back next month, like always :)

My four year old loves it, the play place is free to climb around on, all you really have to buy is some tokens, and you can find coupons for those anytime online or they email them to you. Great rainy day or cold weather day activity for your kids to let them run around and get some energy out!

We recently had my son’s birthday party here, and to be honest, I was not into the idea at first. I am not the kind of person who likes to give up control of any situation but having someone else take care of all the work for me is a nice change.
There was a little confusion when we first got here. Our server didn’t know that we were here so we had to wait a few minutes for drinks. It was probably just me being a little neurotic, but managers came right out once they heard there was a problem and made sure everyone was happy, and that made me happy.
The food was pretty good, but very expensive. As this was a party, I didn’t care. I actually ended up spending more on beer than food. For a loud, hectic place like this beer is a necessity and 3.99 is totally worth it. The little birthday show they put on is entertaining and the kids seemed to enjoy it. The best part though was seeing my son in the ticket blaster.
I would definitely have a party here again. The employees were all very nice and their 2 hr party package seems like a pretty good deal.

For the most part a great place to bring little kids to have a fun time. I kind of enjoy the games myself! The pizza has improved over the years and all the games cost one token. It’s not a bad place to have a birthday party. They pretty much can take care of everything for you. You can always print up coupons online for specials and tokens. It is VERY busy on the weekends!!! The only thing that drives me nuts about this place is the dirty bathrooms. I dread bringing the kids in there. The bathroom really smells and your shoes stick to the floor.

Why am I Yepling Chuck E Cheese’s? Because, I had a great time at my nephews party. I was 5yr old again. This location is very clean and tidy. The staff was really helpful and attentive, yeah I know at Chuck E Cheese? It seemed they actually took their job seriously and made sure everyone had a great time. Now that I am older, I can really appreciate seeing the little ones have fun and not worry about theft or rude staff, just smiling little face.
