History

Established in 2012.

For many years owner Mike Hennigan sold residential real estate and has first hand experience in the importance of timely, accurate Pool Inspection Reports.

Our commitment to professionalism, and ability to clearly communicate to all parties what is required, and what may be suggested for the pool during the sales transaction. We are proponents of pre-​inspections, as fewer surprises are better for all parties involved.

Mike is also a veteran with the San Francisco Fire Dept. Serving the city for 35 years, and retiring as Batalion Chief, He knows the importance of doing the right job the first time around, and instilling that work ethic in his employees.

As a long-​time pool owner myself, I know the importance of a pure pool. For many years I have enjoyed caring for our family pool.
