don stay here they charge my credit card twice homeless people live here i guy came downstairs barefoot and drunk that lives in the hotel when there people having breakfast erly in the morning how tasteless. This hotel not safe its very dirty and outdated matress is cheap u hear the construction workers were laughing & talking very loud outside my door the housekeepers knock on your door before check out time, so rude the staff is not friendly when u check in plenty of other hotels in the area that are much nicer better the wifi is horrible also kids runnung around the hallway this place is a total dump!!! the front desk calls your room asking u if u wanna extend your stay so money hungry they rush u to check out poor custumer service the breakfast is frozen food disgusting stay elsewhere u have been warned

I pay to stay there on a lot of my business trips they have a heated pool but its never warm they don’t put the heat on only when someone complains by that time I’m not waiting I’ve stayed there over 30 xs for work trips bit no longer I have to enjoy a nice pool at least from my all day travels and they are stingy w/​the heat!!!

Stayed here last night during a cross country trip from TN to NH. Hotel was nice enough, clean and quiet and allows dogs so we were happy. However, while packing up this morning I forgot my kindle in the bed and accidentally left it in my room. About an hour into our way home I realized this and called. I explained the situation to the person at the front desk and asked if they would take a look and offered to either come back and get the kindle or pay to have it shipped to my home. They claimed to not have found it in the room, and that room service had already cleaned the room and always brought up missing items to the front desk. Well I looked through all of my luggage/​car when I got home and I definitely left my kindle at the hotel. I called again and got the same answer. I remember exactly where I left it in the room and am positive that I did not pack it up. While I understand this is my own fault, I would hope that this hotel would be honest and return missing items to guests. I will never stay at this chain again.

Myself, boss and coworker arrive and the first thing we noticed is the smell of something rotting. Probably from the abounded Bennigan’s, I cried on the inside a bit. We check in and the room we were giving had one bed and no pull out couch (I normally sleep in the floor rather then chance bed bugs). We were told the room was under construction and promptly moved to another room. The room we are in now I can see the roofing rafters and plywood. This place is classy like a bedazzled crack pipe.

Took away 1 star for the bathroom, cracked ceiling and faucet in shower was a little rusty but the room itself was beautiful! & the guy working the front desk at check in was very helpful and friendly! Stayed with my husband and our pit mix — very dog friendly! We’d return

We used this hotel to break up a long drive, I wish I had kept going. The hallway to the room was the first red flag that all was not well, with stained sagging ceiling tiles and holed dirty carpet. The room at first glance looked an improvement, so took our shoes off after a long day and headed to the bathroom, walked through a large wet spot on the carpet and into a bathroom with a sticky tile floor. Looking around the bathroom trying to take my mind off what was on my feet I saw dingy dirty décor that was very outdated. On to the bed, I don’t think it had been changed, hair and pen marks dotted the sheets, I slept on rather than in the bed. The coffee maker provided in the room grossed me out too, so no coffee. Had to pick up an old candy in the middle of the floor before my toddler daughter found her very own sticky floor treat. Laying in the room at 6am now wondering wether to risk the free breakfast or just get the hell out of here. A dismal night and end to our vacation. Thanks Quality Inn

I went here for a lil staycation with my boo (my bday weekend) and I actually like this hotel. We had a large queen room which was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The walls are either pretty thin or the people next to us just had their TV way too loud which was annoying but at least it was the day and not night. The AC, microwave and fridge worked fine. The safe was broken which sucked. We didn’t get to go into the pool so I can’t review it. Never woke up early enough to get breakfast so I can’t comment on that either. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because at night or whenever we left the bathroom door closed (thank God we did) it would stink of cigarette smell. We were on the 3^rd floor so it couldn’t be from above but through the vents and we specifically chose a non smoking room. They need to figure out a way to place non smoking and smoking rooms away from each other because we shouldn’t have to smell cigarette smoke when we go into the bathroom. But all in all for the price it pretty good. And there is an Applebee’s across the street from it. I’d go back.

The room was clean and the TV, Refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee maker were all in working order. I only recommend not to spend extra on the the larger Queen room. This room has only one bed and does not have a sofa or other furniture that takes up the extra space — needs something else. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Too bad there isn’t a minus star. Checked in late on a Saturday night. First the TV did not work. The carpet was wet. The toilet had rust stains. I was on the first floor and upon checking the window I discovered it did not close properly nor did it lock. I spent about an hour in the room and decided I had enough. I chose to drive the three hours home rather than stay in this dump. The next morning I woke up and discovered flea bites on my legs. Obviously from this place because they do accept pets and I myself have no pets. Do yourself a big favor… stay anywhere else.
