All Smoked Up BBQ & Catering

Whoever responded to my inquiry on behalf of All Smoked Up did not provide a name or formality of any kind when returning my email. I provided all the information they asked for, but they wanted to know my budget. Fine, I tell them, and I ask about 4 other questions about their services.
They will not let you taste the food, which I realize is not unusual, but, as I was told, «Weddings start at $ 100 per person.»
So now I still don’t know anything about them, except that I can’t afford their Heaven-​sent food. Miffed at the response, I sarcastically imply that it was a pleasure talking to them. They tell me I «need to get realistic with your budget or absolutely get what you pay for that’s being honest not sarcastic!»
Apparently I mistook All Smoked Up to be a caterer, I should have asked for advice on how to plan other facets of my wedding.

Rob from All Smoked Up gave us an anniversary BBQ party something to never forget. Pulled Pork, baby back ribs, smoked mac and cheese and the roasted pig will all be something all my guest will never forget. Robs service is by far the best I have had the pleasure to be on the receiving side. Robs staff had their «Game On» for my gathering of 75 people. Nobody went home hungry. You not only get great food with All Smoked Up, you also get all the «Personality» of Rob and his stuff. They made a fun party into a fun event that all of us will never forget. Thank you Rob for your great service, great food and for all the great memories.

I had the pleasure of attending an event catered by All Smoked up and it was Amazingly Awesome! Rob and his crew really put together a great spread and there was tons of food for everyone. If you are planning a party… these are the guys to hire. and if you like BBQ, YOU’RE GONNA LOVE THIS BBQ!

We had a tray of his «Signature» Buffalo Style BBQ Wings and also a tray of Raspberry Chipotle Wings. The last time we have had a this amazing treat was this past summer and we were long over due.
These wings are almost indescribable. If you’re planning a party this spring summer I can’t stress how much I love these wings and all this mans food. The meat practically falls right off the bone, they are smoked perfectly, and spiced to perfection. His buffalo style sauce was perfect. The raspberry chipotle was the first time I’ve had this flavor, so good! Nice and spicy with the sweetness of the raspberry, was an explosion in my mouth.
Ribs– to die for too. Brisket– omg wow.
everything this man makes is the best I ever had in my life, I am a repeat customer and have yet to be let down in any way shape or form. His presentation is always beautiful too.
