StillWater offers a tantalizing menu from Chef John Cuevas including upscale, locally-sourced dishes and wood-fired pizzas. Featuring distinctive drinks based on the liquors, ingredients and celebrities popular in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
History
Established in 2013.
StillWater is located in the historic Woodruff Building and was the original sales and maintenance office for the construction of the city of Dana Point. Completely renovated in 2013, the1920’s prohibition-era style honors the history of the facility. For more than 20 years it was the Renaissance Café and previous to that was the locally famous Dana Point Wine Bar.
Meet the Manager
William C.
Manager
William «Bill» Crowell has over 3 decades of restaurant experience, several years which he has spend with the Stillwater family as a manager and advisor. He is an alumni of University of California, Irvine where he graduated with honors in English. Bill enjoys spending time with his three children at the beach, armature photography, and basketball. He is an avid surfer and spends as much of his free time in the water as possible.
