Purchased a Samsung 60′ LED recently from the Dana Point location and had a great experience. The sales associate Paul (not Paul himself, I don’t think) was extremely helpful. The delivery came when they said it would and when I wanted. I would recommend Paul’s to anyone looking for a new tv especially for those who are seeking information about the various options in order to make a decision on what works for you.

I purchased a television from this location and was lied to about its orgin. The TV was not new but sold as if it was!
The TV quit working properly at 30 days and I fought with them to have repairs done. They didn’t stand behind their warranty!!!
In fact Telling me that the TV was refurbished.
I then contacted Vizio direct and found that the TV was not being sold by a approved distributer! That the TV belonged to COSTCO.
The store pretended not to know anything about it!!!
Turns out, that the store buys used tv’s from Craig’s list and repackages them!!!
Don’t buy a thing from this store!!!
They are shady and don’t stand behind their product. They will say anything to get your money.

I bought a Samsung from Devon in Dana Point, who was very nice, picked it up at the warehouse to get it quickly, and it was fine. I went back to buy another Samsung for my daughter’s birthday, paid in full, and was promised that it would be there on Father’s Day.
I went to pick it up, and another salesman had sold it out from under me! Devon promised that this would NEVER happen again. He ordered another one for me to pick up the following weekend. My daughter and I came in, and they had sold it out from under me, and Devon, AGAIN!
Keep in mind that I had paid for these, and they stole two from me! The Regional Manager’s solution to this horrible «king like» treatment was to deliver one himself the following day, when we wouldn’t be home. I told them to throw in a Wall mount, for a booming $ 70, since this tv was the smaller one. He said no, because they don’t have as much profit in these! Offered me nothing. What a Horrible Business person.
Go to Best Buy! If you have a problem at Paul’s, you will be on your own.
I have to admit that Paul’s does follow Unilocal,and they did make things right. The Regional Manager contacted me after my review, apologized, threw in the Wall Mount, and offered to deliver the TV to my house.
As I mentioned in my review, Devon was very nice. Now, I will shop at Paul’s again.

I purchased a 65″ Smart Samsung LED over a month ago, along with two 46″ Samsungs. You can imagine what I spent with Paul’s TV. Their representative George is a Gentle Ben nice guy, but gets nothing done. Let me just say they have been to my house over 5 times and the 65″ TV has been ruled defective and in need of replacement and nothing has been done. This was over a week and a half ago after multiple attempts to make it right.
In the process, they would write add ons for items to my cc immediately. When it came time to return one of the 46″ TVs it took close to a week and multiple calls to get a credit posted to my CC. And as of this morning still no call to come replace the 65″ defective (as determined by their SmartTV team) television.
If that’s what you would like in service, shop at Paul’s. I feel let down and deceived during the process, and now just left hanging. Be careful of the sweet talking and pleas for patience. They mask questionable business practices.

Eric store manager went over and above to help some techno nerds on how to use our new TV. He gave us the time to ensure we understood all the features. We really appreciate his customer service. We will certainly consider Paul’s Dana Point in the future.

My wife and I went in knowing exactly what TV we wanted. George Kimberlin was able to show us the unit to make sure that was the one we wanted and then wrote up the sale and scheduled a delivery date for us. We did not experience any high pressure to purchase a different TV or additional equipment. We actually forgot we were supposed to receive a free Samsung tablet and George was already adding it to my original receipt before I returned about 10 minutes later. That’s great service. Install went without a hitch and we are now enjoying our new Full HD TV. The price was a little higher than what we saw online at Amazon but that’s okay since the store is in our neighborhood and they carted away our old very heavy TV.

We bought the Samsung 4k and Bose sound bar along with a blue Ray from Best Buy. Then we say the ad for Paul’s TV for the same thing. So we called George and he gave us a much better price, along with excellent customer service! So we cancelled with Best Buy. George and the staff there are there to help and are very knowlegable. The install was quick and professional. We live in the desert and there is no Paul’s TV here. George is just a phone call away with quotes in your email box right away. Very happy with Paul’s TV!

Would never purchase another item ever again from Pauls TV — The sales staff was nice but only sold us what they could get the most commission on, an over priced sound bar and they oversold us on things it did when it didn’t do any of what they listed we discovered after it was installed. The worst part if anything breaks and you need customer service Pauls TV will linger and find any way to get out of helping you. Such as the sound bar doesn’t work at times and we called to say so and get it working or replaced and they just delayed calling us back and helping us making the issue end up out of warranty. Or they promised they ordered us a part to an item that broke early September and it will be delivered, it is January and still don’t have the part and every time I call to say where it is all I hear is someone will call back no answer to where it is. I am totally disappointed in this company and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone but warn people from purchasing anything from them.

I’ve purchased several televisions over the past 10 years from Paul’s TV (at the original La Habra location as well as those located in the La Mirada and Irvine Living Spaces stores). Before making a purchase at this location I had already visited the Irvine location and did not find what I was looking for at a price I was comfortable with. I’d also visited several other big box, department, and electronic stores and had done quite a bit of research on television models and prices on the Internet before entering this location. Here, at the Dana Point Paul’s TV, I found what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay.
The store is spacious and easy to browse. The two sales people on the floor let my husband and I wander and look around until we were ready to ask specific questions. Once we were ready, George answered our questions, quite honestly, didn’t oversell or push unnecessary «add-​ons» and got us in and out of the store with a completed transaction in less than 15 minutes.
After purchase, the delivery team called us within the time frame indicated (the same day we made our purchase). The truck was at our home within the three-​hour delivery window and the television was carried in, tested for picture and power (all at no additional cost over the purchase price). Paul’s does offer some paid delivery options that include set-​up for more complicated items (and I have used them in the past), but for this purchase I opted for a simple «free» delivery.
Great experience — highly recommend this location. I will come here again.

George is the best! This store in Dana Point is such a beautiful showroom, with an ocean view. Customer service with George and his staff is always top notch.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by George, he provided us with impeccable service from the beginning until the end and followed up there after. Ask for George and you too will get a great deal and wonderful service. Thank you we are very happy with our new Electrolux washer & Dryer.
