Super friendly staffs! Nice affordable apartments in very nice location and easy access to freeway and BART station. Very close to Serramonte Shopping Center. Newly renovated and updated kitchen appliances. Staffs are always available for any house related issues/​fixes, they are super fast in fixing things. Viet, the property manager, and DJ are great! Washer and dryer in same floor. Gym and swimming pool in the apartment complex. Safe place to live.

I helped my aging dad relocate to the Bay Area and was very pleased that we found Serramonte Ridge for him. He lives in a studio apartment on the 2^nd floor facing the wooded hillside and enjoys the quiet, clean, newly remodeled unit and met nice, courteous neighbors. The common areas and landscaping are undergoing significant remodeling right now, but he really likes having a garage parking spot, building elevator, nearby trash chutes and laundry in building. The location is extremely convenient to shopping so he doesn’t need to drive very far.
Unlike other reviews here, we have had zero problems with management and have found them to be extremely pleasant, professional and reliable. When his unit’s new freezer had a frost problem, they fixed it within 2 days. When a bathroom overhead light burned out, it was immediately replaced. Our experience has been that management promptly and effectively resolved any issue that has arisen. We have not observed any problems with mold or broken fixtures, so maybe this has been resolved with the extensive remodeling and facility improvements that are ongoing.
All in all, we are very happy with our experiences here. Markita and Maurice have been extremely helpful and supportive of my father and have gone out of their way to make him feel welcome. I only gave 4 stars because the apartments are in the flight path of SFO and some of the larger jets are quite loud as they fly over — I guess this takes a little time to get used to. The rent rates are also higher than other options in Daly City, but I think it is a case of getting what you pay for in an expensive region like the Bay Area.

Lived here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. Only complaint is with the fire alarm occasionally ringing at a stupid hour like 2 am and not sure why that would happen. Asides that, it was really convenient having laundry in every floor, trash-​shoot down the hall and my own parking spot. A little over priced for Daly City but you’re also paying more for convenience + extra amenities. Markita was my leasing agent and she’s amazing. She’s sweet and very attentive!

The apartment I rent is actually nice but there is a humidity problem. I bought several dehumidifiers and they fill up rather quickly. The rent is high but I guess thats the cost of living here except you do get nickeled and dimed for everything like paying extra just for the laundry card. What irks me the most was what I overheard management quoting two bedrooms to a couple for less the cost for what I was quoted for a one bedroom. It appears different tenants pay different rents based on what? That left me with a bad impression. I would advise others to look at other options before renting here.

I currently live here. Don’t let the paint remodeling fool you. They paint over the bird poop and its apparent when you see the ugly bumps on the balcony and the floor. I will not be renewing my lease. Found out from old tenants who lived here that they are paying $ 100+ less than I am now currently.
And maintenance is unprofessional. Coming in like they aren’t happy to be here and insult your intelligence. The maintenance guy George talks about you when he’s on the phone with his coworkers, so inappropriate, rude, & unfriendly. The only person I like here is Mabelline Luz the boss higher than Janet. She was the only one immediately meeting my needs.
But seriously their pushing old tenants out just to dupe new ones into moving in. Avoid this place at all costs.

worst place i ever lived. do not rent an apartment there. there is a list of problems. 1) loud planes over head day & night till after 3 am. i had to wear ear plugs. 2) people driving in with their cars blasting music & constantly honking their car horns. this was every day & every night. 3) felt live i lived in a construction zone. the workmen were always drilling painting hammering. tenants too.4) double parked cars in underground garage preventing you from exiting your car. i had to call mgmt to order a tow for a car double parked for over 3 hrs. finally the tow truck arrived & towed it away so i could back out & leave. 5) a lot of police activity even though they claim to have security patrolling. i never see them. just before i moved out 3 d cpd cars drove in the compound red lights & siren. a police swat team surrounded the bldg looking for someone who had a warrant. i have had to call the police several times on suspicious people in the parking lot screaming drinking fighting blasting their car music drag racing standing on cars parked outside. police are slow to respond. this place had activity going on ²⁴⁄₇. 6) filthy. garbage on floors in the trash rooms. i got tired of calling mgmt about it. in the underground parking lot garbage old furniture other types of trash like boxes cans napkins coffee cups dirty diapers etc. 7) washing machines don’t work. filth in laundry room too.
washing machines left my clothes damaged with goop & stains. they don’t refund your money either. 8) the doors are all self closing except the entry door. they make a loud bang when they close. it makes it difficult if you are bringing in packages & groceries. you have to prop the door open to bring something inside your apt. kids running & screaming down the hallway. 9) gardeners with leaf blowing machines. trash compacter grinding trash from all bldgs. monday wednesday & friday. 10) they always have you moving your cars while they paint & do maintenance work. 11) if they aren’t doing construction the medical bldg across the street is every day. they blocked both sides of the street with a large crane. in short i would not recommend living here to my worst enemy. i could go on & on but the list is too long. i am very glad i moved out.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is hands down the worst place to live in the world. Management does NOTHING. It literally takes them a week to come and repair a leak! And I won’t even get started on the constant fire alarms that go off in the middle of the night for no reason.
Oh and if you or a loved one is handicapped, there are no parking spots for you. There are placed labeled ‘handicapped’ but usually there are sports cars and other cars parked with no placard. I have brought it to the offices attention, to which they told me ‘that only happens at night’… Does that mean handicapped people are no longer handicapped at night?! Basically they don’t care, as long as the people up front don’t have to pick up their lazy asses and call a towing company… They should all be fired. Seriously, a monkey would be better doing what they do.
I’d say more, but there’s no point. Nothing will be done to improve this location. Any benefits it had/​has mean nothing with all the inconveniences and rudeness for the people up front.

We have lived at Serramonte Ridge for nearly five years now. The location and neighborhood is very convenient and your able to get on the freeway in no time. While we lived here we learned that mold is a very real issue. We had a matress ruined and many items of clothing ruined by mold growth. Best advice is to buy some silica gel packets or a dehumidifier to assist in preventing mold.
We used to live our place but things have taken a turn in the last few years. Firstly, as with any rentals in the bay area expect an increase of nearly 10% every year in rent. They recently have allowed dogs in the apartments and built a dog park on the property. We were stoked for this but quickly noticed how disgusting the dog park became. People pick up after their dogs and tie the bags to the fence rather than disposing of the waste. I expected some sort of signage to stop this but nothing has been done as of yet and the amount of dog feces is growing.
In the last couple years they have been remodeling apartments once the tennant leaves and I was hoping to be able to upgrade at some point out selves but never were offered anything for resigning a lease.
The latest offer included a note that the underground parking that was included in the rent, one per apartment, is now going to cost 25 dollars. What a joke! I lived here for five years with this included and now they want to nickle and dime their tennants. I have never been late and have had little issues the entire time I’ve lived there and to be treated this way was insulting.
Serramonte Ridge wants to push out their current tennants to upgrade the apartments to make more money off of new renters flooding the bay area, and it’s apparant.
I will say that Janet is the best person in the office and was always extremely nice and approachable. Everyone else has changed since I’ve been there.

*Lived here between 2009−2012* late review. Upside: convenient to the mall, freeways, bus stops, gas station, you are in the middle of daly city, and at the border between DC and pacifica. There’s a swimming pool, gym, and visitor parking but it’s almost impossible finding parking. Thankfully we never had a problem with the staff working at the office. They were all professional especially Mohamed.
First time moving in we got lucky. Instantly we moved in right away to building 850 for our 1 bedroom. It doesn’t seem spacious at all for a 1 bedroom but our apartment was literally at the corner so we were right next door to the trash/​laundry room which was more convenient. It was noisy when someone would take out the trash because you can hear all that since we were next door that was the downside and I vividly remember opening our kitchen cabinet one time to find a cockroach. Ugh, so GROSS. I’m huge on cleanliness too!
Then we upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was also a corner apartment– for awhile I was in love. Very excluded overlooking the trees, it was peaceful but too quiet which seemed boring at times. It was more spacious than our 1 bedroom but not to my satisfaction. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. I just hate when there’s clubbers, drunk loud people at 2−3am and people smoking weed. Expect that living here!
Downside: RATS. I almost pissed my pants one night when I literally saw a rat in our hallway run from the bathroom to our hallway closet. Since then, rodents just never really disappeared. We even called someone from the office to handle it– he didn’t do a damn thing to put any peace to mind. I take this seriously– so if I had a choice for that simple reason I wouldn’t wanna move back in here ever again. Creepy and VERY Disturbing, considering we have little kids.
In summation, Building seems decent and it seems perfect when you FIRST move in, very clean, everything is legit, vacuumed, inspected. but later on there will be issues. Be aware.
On a positive note we’ve made some good memories here, and this place will always be our first home, but sorry not sorry we don’t plan on ever moving in again. I don’t wanna live with rodents. Not worth the stress. We spent too much $ trying to get rid of em too, and for nothing. Glad we moved out.

New to the area and apartment living, I wanted to make sure that I did not commit to anything more than 6-​months just in case I didn’t like the property. Six months later and I’ve renewed my lease for one-​year. The grounds are green, while landscaping can be kept tidier. The buildings are quiet, hallway carpets cleaned it seems every other month it seems. My studio apartment is 525 SF and plenty of room for one person. The office staff is more than willing to listen and help as best as they can. Parking for visitors is tight but that’s not because they don’t have enough parking spaces but rather, due to tenant abuse in having more than one car and using visitor parking. My parking spot is in covered underground parking which is maintained clean and the gates always work. The location is convenient to shopping centers, two Targets, Costco, Macy’s, Sears, movie theaters, restaurants, Home Depot, etc… everything you can think of is nearby. Access to the fwy is about 3-​minutes away (the 280 or the HWY 1). Compared to other apartments in the area, this place is a bit more expensive but worth the money if you’re looking for comfort, ease, and access. My only regret is that they will not renew longer than one-​year.

This is a truly shitty apartment building don’t let the exterior full you all there doing is Face lifting on the outside but the internal works still suck. Almost every single day I still have an issue! For the rent I pay here it’s ridiculous that the toilet stopped up the toilet the shower plugs the dishwasher gets plugged. You actually have to have a dehumidifier all your shoes will turn into mold bunnies. I literally almost cry every morning because something goes wrong here worst place Iv ever lived no lie no exaggeration.

I think this place is a Sham!!! I would advice for no one to move here! At first they play all nice with you, but when you try to move out they basically try to lock you into their lease. This has got to be the only place I know that requires for you to give a 60 days notice to move out, and keep in mind they want it to the exact day of when your lease it expired. I gave my notice and it was just within days like a week too late and I was locked in for paying rent at their increase. Serramonte Ridge does not show any compassion to their tenants. I always paid my rent on time was never late. They never really got any complaints except right at the time we had already gave our notice. Their plumbing sucks!!! They do have a serious mositure problem. You can tell when you first walk into a unit. When we moved out their was mold on many of our belongings that I had to sadly throw out. I had a leather coat that was hanging in the coat closet that was completely destroyed and ruined. I had some shoes that were in the master bedroom that were ruined as well, I ended up having to toss out. When we were moving our bed out of the room, I noticed that after lifting the mattresses and picking up the bed frame it was covered in mold. Then in another bedroom where I had my sons bed when we were moving I picked up his bed and there was mold on the mattress as well as there was a big spot where you can see mold coming up. There was also mold on the corner of the wall seeping through the paint. Now while living there we always made sure to have air circulate in the unit. Granted for units on the first floor they issue a dehumidifier at no extra charge, but that still doesn’t help their mositure problem. I must say again their plumbing is horrible!!! While we were moving out it happened to be that the day before we turned in our keys, I came into the unit and the kitchen sink was over filled and backed up coming from someone else’s drain. YUCK! Lucky for me that I work for a janitorial company so I was able to get the place cleaned up really good. My company does a great job on shampooing carpets but even they couldn’t get rid of the musty smell and all the mold stains out. Needless to say they didn’t give me back my deposit on top of them not renting the unit out sooner they slapped me with stupid bill of pro-​rated rent. They are threatening that if I don’t pay the remaining balance in full they are sending me to collections so that I may not rent anywhere else or even purchase a house.

first off i’ll give it 1 star because Janet is really nice and understanding to work with. she is always so pleasant.
i’ll give it another star because it is a nice place, offers a pool and a gym. the apartment itself is really clean and mildly upgraded.
i give NO STARS for the cost! it is really pricey to live there! please take this advice. EVERYTIME YOU RENEW YOUR LEASE THE PRICE GOES UP and not by a couple dollars but a couple hundred. on top of that you have to pay utilities that’s shared amongst the whole building. so if someone likes to take long showers they can do as they please because it’s split evenly! which is bullshit.
i finally moved out on ⁷⁄₁ so i can pay a couple hundred dollars more to rent a house and really get my money’s worth. well, the cost to move out of serramonte cost a fortune! they don’t disclose how much it would cost to have they themselves do the unit cleaning which is $ 300 but i would have totally hired someone to do it for way less. as others Unilocalers had put they take out every penny they can!
they did however take off a couple charges on the final bill so big thank you to Marisol and Christine for helping with that.
i’ve had my shares with renting, but trust me to pay this much for an apartment. shoot you are far better to rent a house. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Whelp, as suspected, after moved out they scammed us for every penny.
I was moving out at the end of February and the new apartment I was supposed to move into fell through so I had 5 days to find a new one. I went to the front office and asked if anyone had moved into our apartment yet. The said someone was moving in the 13^th and we wouldn’t be able to stay.
We asked if we could stay later until maybe the 7^th just to give us extra time, they said word for word «No it takes us about that many days to get the apartment ready for move in for the next tenants. And because of this, we would not be charged the 13 days that no one would occupy the apartment.»
Low and behold, in the mail, not only do we not get our $ 600 security deposit back, but we OWE them $ 400! Apparently they DID charge us for the 13 days the apartment was unoccupied, but not only that, but they charged us the month to month rate of $ 2100. On top of the bogus charges of having to clean the apartment because we paid to have it done ourselves and it was spotless.
Don’t be fooled by how nice everyone seems up front, when it comes down to it they will charge you for anything they can. In other words…
F*** SERRAMONTE RIDGE APARTMENTS

I used to live here in a studio, both the smaller and larger studio apartments for a total of 3 years. And I thought it was a great complex, as good as you can get for the Daly City/​South SF/​San Bruno/​Colma area. One immediate bad thing is that it is really close to the Chinese cemetary, but there is no unit that faces it since the medical building is blocking it along with the trees. But you do have to drive past it to get to the apartment complex (there are other ways to get there, but the most direct path is past the cemetary).
Rent here is a little steep but for the quality of the rooms, facilities and complex I think it’s more worth it than other apartment complexes. This place has many different layouts of units, 2-​sizes of studio apts, 2 sizes of 1-​bedroom, and I think they have 2 bedrooms here? I’m pretty sure. So i lived in both the small studio apt for about a year or more and it’s about 525 sq ft. Tiny but good for 1 person or a college student. At the time rent was about $ 1150 or some where around there. that’s a lot for a tiny studio, and then rent kept going up. Then a larger studio opened up, they’re the corner units, and it was huge! It actually is larger than the small 1-​bedroom and only $ 50 more than the smaller studio unit. GREAT DEAL! So I jumped on that one as soon as it opened up, luckily just down the hall from me. $ 50 more per month and the sq ft was around 625. I also love how these units had lots of storage, not just one closet but deck closet storage and the larger studio had a huge huge storage closet and a linen closet. I was totally spoiled by all the extra space.
Unfortunately rent kept going up even when the economy was going down, down down. Their rent was slowly increasing. It just sucks that they would do that when the economy is not doing well. But the good things about this complex is the extra amenities they have unlike other hole-​in-​the-​wall apartments. This complex has a pool (odd i know for daly city), and it’s somewhat heated i think. They even have a hot tub/​jacuzzi whatever you call it. Then they also have a shower for you to rinse off before and after swimming. They also had bathroom facilities for the pool area in the office area, which is nice. Sporadically around the complex there are bbq grills, those tiny ones found in public parks. I never used the grills but it’s nice they have them for the tenants. Also they had a tiny gym room with a tv. The gym wasn’t the greatest but it’s better than nothing! It had 1 elliptical, 2 treadmills, some weight machines, etc… But it’s better than nothing! And they even had a wet wipe station inside so you can wipe down the machines.
The maintenance of the grounds was very nice. Very well manicured. Also another plus is the open parking lot, no permit needed, which can be a good and bad thing. Bad thing is on the weekends it was ridiculously hard to find parking because everyone would over visiting or here for a party or something! I also liked how the buildings have elevators for just 3 levels of units. And below the units there is 1 level of garage parking. That is definitely nice, so I don’t have to leave my car outside in the fog and cold.
The constant problem with these units especially in the daly city area is that there is a mold problem. It’s not a problem of the complex, but just knowing how to live in this climate. It took me a while to figure it out. But you can’t always keep your until air tight shut all the time and during the winters also run your heaters. The room needs to breathe and eventually the windows will perspire and start to sweat and mold will form on the window sills and the patio door frame. Occasionally leave a crack of a window open to air the room out, not so much to make you freeze in the unit, but enough to air it out so the room doesn’t sweat.
Otherwise the in-​unit facilities of the 2 studios I lived in had great stuff, a good working microwave, dishwasher, stove, shower/​tub, sink etc… All the fixtures seemed pretty new and clean. Nothing seemed old and dingy or about to fall apart. The only thing I had an issue with was the stove because it was soo slow to cook things, but I think that’s an electric stove problem.
I would definitely recommend people to live here if they can afford it.

The staff are absolutely terrible. And I mean terrible… from the Regional Manager all the way down to the people who clean the grounds. The staff have picked fights with tenants, made false promises to have people sign longer leases & lack the ability to make common sense decisions.
The garbage chutes & dumpsters are constantly overflowing with garbage. Our ceiling leaked water into our apartment everytime it rained which caused crazy mold throughout the unit. Also if you walked the hallways, you can smell the mold due to wet carpets during the rainy season. We complained about the soggy sheet rock & black mold in the hallway, but they did nothing but paint over the mold once it dried.
Theres never any parking for you or your guest unless you want to pay an extra $ 100 a month. They don’t care about their tenants & do nothing to the bad tenants who cause trouble.
USE CAUTION BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE HERE. IT’S UNSAFE & THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS RAN UNPROFESSIONALLY.

Okay… Where do I start with this place…
I guess I should start off by saying F#%k Serramonte Ridge. It is a sad excuse for an apartment complex and to anyone trying to move there, don’t waste your time or money!!!
First of all, I moved there in August 2009 with my boyfriend and younger sister, who just started college. I was beginning my senior year in college, as well. Anyways, since we are young it was quite hard finding an affordable apartment in the city, willing to lease to occupants with little to no rental experience. Therefore, Serramonte Ridge seemed like a nice place to stay – close to school, pool, gym, parking, laundry and garbage was convenient, and it was affordable (2 bedroom for $ 1629 and $ 600 deposit). Muhammad, one of the leasing agents, was really nice and did a lot to get us in that apartment. In fact, Muhammad is the only one who actually cares about the tenants and the only one with some sort of common sense.
When we first moved in, we loved it. Didn’t have any problems there but after two months we began to see mold grow on the window seals of our apartment. I wrote a letter to the property manager Randy, who never responded back. He only spoke to me when I called into the office and confronted him. He said, «you should always keep your windows open to air the apartment out.» First of all, my home was empty M-​F from 8am to around 3pm at the earliest because we all work and go to school, so how the hell am I supposed to keep my windows open all day, especially in cold ass Daly City. Secondly, they know that Pacifica is right over the hill and moisture is always in the air. I suggested to them to install double pane windows, but they are too cheap and lazy to do it!!! The ghetto ass apartments up the street by the freeway even have double pane windows. And above all I love shoes and own about 80 pairs. I had to throw away like 12 pairs because of mold growing on them!!!
Randy told us he would send his «mold specialist» (his exact words) to check out the apartment, but it was just one of their idiotic maintenance men. The maintenance man told us that he lived in our exact apartment for two years with his children and never seen mold grow. This was a flat out lie, because based on other reviews on this site, mold was a problem for them too. He was supposed to come back to clean the windows, but never did. I was also told when we moved in that mold will only come if you have young children and always keep the heater on. BS!!!
After nine months (the end of May) our lease was up. When we moved out, we expected our full deposit because our apartment was immaculately clean. Out of $ 600 we only got $ 160 back because they charged us:
$ 130.00 Complete unit clean
$ 100.00 Partial wall clean/​paint
$ 80.00 Carpet clean
$ 120.00 Last month utilities (which I didn’t mind paying)
When you move in they tell you, «we put in new carpet after a tenant moves out,» so why am I paying for a carpet clean. We had no stains on the carpet, no holes in the wall, only light scratches at the bar area where people sit and eat. Even in the leasing agreement it says normal wear and tear is expected, but I still had to pay for them to paint??? We basically cleaned that apartment from top to bottom for 6 hours!!! I felt like I was doing their job, and we still had to pay. When I spoke to Randy on the phone, he says «if you can provide a receipt from a professional carpet cleaner, we can refund you part of the money,» which is total BS.
I’m sorry if this review is really long, but I just don’t want people to make the same mistakes as us!!! F&*K Serramonte Ridge and Randy because they are running a scam and if you don’t believe me check out the pictures I posted for yourselves.

i HATE JANET!!! she never knows what shes talking about. she always lies and says she puts my maintenance request in the computer but every time i make one no one calls back or comes. When I call back to ask why no one came or called, she says «oh, well i dont know what happend, all i do is put it in the request book, idont know» and then asks me what my request was and what time they were suppose to show up. DUH its suppose to be on the computer right?!? and the b*tch didnt even apologize! The manager Stephanie never helps with anything. All she does is sit in her office and talk on the phone. On the other hand, all the guys in the office (Randy and Mohammed) were helpful. All the maintenance peeps were cool except for skinny guy George. He never smiles when I see him around.
CONs:
–Airplane passes over the building every 30 minutes. So loud you have to blast your TV
–Pool was out of order for about a month during summer and never heated along with the hot tub.
–Barbeque grills were burnt and disgusting
–Stupid residents leave their garbage next to the garbage shoot instead of actually putting it IN.
–Way overpriced
–They have a large grassy area thats nice to play on, but they dont allow any activities. no balls, no skateboards, no bikes, no RUNNING?. whats the point of having a nice area like that?
–Birds poop all over the balcony
–Someone always seems the front door wide open. Its unsafe!
–They have a gym, but recently started charging $ 25 for a key to get in coz some dumbass broke into the money-​adding machine thingy and stole all the money.
PROs:
–The appartments are clean in and out.
–Quiet neighbors (well at least ours were)
–One issued parking space in the garage for free.
–Alot of visitor parking.
–Laundry facilty is well kept clean. Its on the same floor as our room, also a few steps away, and quiet machines. Plus the laundry was better than quarters.
–Just added 24 hour security faculty (so they say but we never see them!)
–A block away from the freeway entrance, parks, shopping, and schools.
The first few months was GREAT everything! Then two months before our move out date, everything started to fall apart; appliances and management.
Overall our stay here was really nice. everything was good except for a few of the employees.

First off, the manager is…
one of the most rude, cold people I’ve ever seen in a customer service position. She never seems like she wants to help you. I went in to do a maintainence request, she seemed sooooo excited to help me. Her exact words: Oh. He can help you.
And then she walked off.
Next, speaking of getting things fixed. My toilet was overflowing, and I was sick. We’ll leave that part at that. I made the request at 9 am. I had to call and make the request again at 1 pm. He came thirty minutes later.
Not to mention that if you have a noise complaint, don’t bother, since the number doesn’t work at 11 o’clock at night, when I have to be up at 5 the next morning to get ready and get on the bus to be at work by 8.
Most places will charge you a small fee if you lock yourself out, and comp you the first time it happens. Well, not here. You have to call a locksmith. And the answering service provides two: one that only has an answering machine after 9 pm and another that has an answering service that will repond after opening the next day. So, if you’re stuck outside and it’s late, your screwed. Thanks, Serramonte Ridge.
Oh, and also… if you aren’t from around Daly City, you don’t realize that the flight path for SFO is pretty much right over the city… well, they certainly won’t let you in on that. once you get used to it… it doesn’t bother you as much.
Also, instead of posting notices about how much it costs to fix the doors and take care of the property damage in the particular builing I live in… you’d actually post cameras. The elevator door gets painted once a month. Then some punk scratches profanities in the paint. And, the doors never stay locked – the locked doors to the entrance to the building were one of the main reasons I chose this complex. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here very long past our lease. Also, be sure to read the lease VERY closely!!!
P. S. Every other apartment complex I’ve spoken with in the Bay are say that my place is way overpriced for what it is and that NOBODY does a lease where you have to give 60 day notice before you move out. it’s usually 30 or 45 day. geesh! Christ on a cracker, i can’t wait to ditch this place!!!
