I went to a bridal shower this weekend and the food was catered by Gina (and family), and OMG — it was absolutely delicious.
She comes prepared with everything to cook, set up, and display the food. Today she made:
tuna ahi wrapped like sushi in thinly cut cucumbers
skewered sticks of beef, chicken, and shrimp
cucumber sandwiches
mini blt sandwiches
stuffed mushrooms
dimsum
veggies mixed with noodles — presented in mini take out boxes
it may sound simple, but when you take just a taste — you know there’s something else mixed in there. you can really taste the effort and time it takes to prepare a feast for any event.
i would absolutely call them for any of my events (hint hint to whoever’s planning MY bridal shower in the sometime far off future)!!
i wish i could give 10 stars.
