This place don’t give a @$!# about you. I booked it through
and paid it in full. The next thing they wanted a $ 50 deposit. By this time I only had $ 20 on me. They wouldn’t check me in. So they asked me to cancel it. But guess what their cancelation policy is for the day before the check in date. So if I cancel they get to keep $ 110 for the room. So after waiting on the phone to talk to a
agent to see if I get my money back, the agent says that they are not picking up their phones. If
is calling them then obviously there is something that they can do but just don’t give a $!#/.

They would get 6 stars in my book! Okay so this place is no Hilton or embassy but it’s also no motel 6 or days inn. This hotel was nice and the price for it was even better. Rooms were clean and nice. The staff/​receptionist (wish I got her name) was super caring, nice, and helpful. We had a problem with our room the first night which was a leaking shower head and when we told them they came to check it out and then offered to give us a new room the next day (since we had already been in the first room laying down we couldn’t switch that night) She handled the situation great and was sweet about it so we appreciated that! The breakfast was decent and helpful for saving me money lol but they have a good selection of quick yet good foods. Our stay here was perfect and if we ever come back. It will be at the alpine in!

The Clean team is great I love Rosa & Miriam! They work so hard and do such a great job! If you stay here know these rooms are kept up. The only disturbing part is seeing the clean team work outdoors when it is RAINING! I would recommend giving these ladies a poncho and rain boots they deserve it! I gave them 4 stars because The ladies need protection for the rain!

Was very nice. The house keepers are friendly and it’s a very nice place. Not perfect, but as an inexpensive motel it’s great; no sketchy people.

Solid. Easy. Quiet. 2 PM check-​in. Vending machines, ample parking, quaint rooms, nice staff. The rates vary sharply, but around $ 55 — $ 65 on a weekday or $ 65 — $ 75 on a Friday or Saturday is a good price for this place.
This place is generally basic with a small flare. It’s «basique». Parking is a dream. Friendly staff, simple $ 20 credit card authorization hold, Starbucks coffee on brew 24/​7, great little breakfast, Keurig in the room, and the rooms are quaint, home-​like, and comfortable. It reminds me of staying in a nice trailer or a small bungalow. The window unit in the rooms does piss me off because there’s no way to keep the fan running constantly. It always shuts on and off.
In terms of location, this is an off-​center motel. It’s a good choice for people who drive. Not to visit the city and go tourist hopping. For me, that’s perfect because I cannot stand being in the middle of the downtown area of a city and dealing with parking and anxiety and drama.
There is pretty much nothing around this hotel but a McDonald’s and a few tear-​down shops, so it’s more or less a commuter hotel.
I like that they have a good attitude and are customer-​oriented. It really goes a long way. So many hotels are just such complete pains about every little stupid thing and treat it like it’s your privilege to pay and stay, so it’s nice to find something EASY and quiet for once.

I am usually accustomed to staying near Union Square at upscale hotels like Clift or Sir Francis Drake. Last night I was at SFO very late and I was exhausted so I needed a hotel to sleep at quickly. I found this for about $ 132 out the door on the hotels tonight app. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. The establishment is older but has clearly been updated. The room had a fridge, microwave and Keurig with Starbucks coffee. They also have free breakfast which I slept through. They also gave me a late checkout which was nice. The walls are a little thin but I sleep with a fan on for background noise. My only complaint is the very thin rough towels. I would stay here again.

Love this place! Not your standard box in a box hotel! Only 30 min from my fave beach! I’ve stayed many times & never been disappointed! They seem to have upgraded every time I go back, but the funky charm of the place remains!

My friends & I (Group of 4) booked this place a couple days before our visit and loved every minute of our stay!
It isn’t in the best or safest area of the city, but the service and accommodations made up for it.

I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a reasonable price place to stay in San Francisco. Especially, with my experience, last time I forgot my toy in the hotel room. I called them and I talked to Yolanda. She was so nice and help me to ship my toy back to my house really quick. I feel so satisfied with this. Thanks Yolanda very much! Next time, when I come back to SF, i will stay at this place again.

–The walls are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbors.
–The surrounding neighborhood seems a little suspect, however we had no issues ourselves.

It was an awesome stay… They provided all necessary facilities and the receptionist was very sweet to talk to. I will recommend this hotel for all those traveling to San Francisco.

The service was great — we arrived late and had an early meeting the next morning. Kyle at the front desk gave us a nice quiet room that was clean and very decent — especially for the price. It’s nice and close to the city, continental breakfast is included and free parking. I will definitely stay here again when I have to go to San Francisco.

Stayed here because it was convenient to the Cow Palace. Our room was a mini suite with 2 very comfy beds, two new TV’s, a continental breakfast, free wifi and parking. There was also a mini fridge and coffee maker. It’s not new, but seems like it was recently up-​graded. It’s clean and pleasant. The only downside was the small, thin towels. Other than that a good alternative to the big hotel chains.

I gave this 4 stars in reference to the money I paid for the room. You get what you pay for and we got the basic necessities and then some.

Efficient check-​in, easy check-​out. Clean, quiet room
. Parking right outside room. Night we were there, establishment appeared full, but no outside noise during stay (although there was no event at the Cow Palace). Great view of the Bay from porch. Wear-​and-​tear evident (BA sink, hardware, etc.). Comfortable bed; like that there are no bedspreads, (which never get cleaned anyway); overhead lights in each BR; laminate floors; clean tile shower. Not luxurious, very simple, clean, reasonably priced — works well if all you’re looking for is a comfy bed for the night.

Reasonable room for a reasonable price. A friend and I stayed here one night for $ 100. Not bad price considering its so close to the city. The room we had was a single queen, hardwoods, stand up shower. Its clean and a good size. Parking is free, which is a definite plus and they don’t charge a cleaning deposit, unless you trash the place in which its $ 50. Free small breakfast in the mornings, Starbucks coffee, pastries, boiled eggs, cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, juice. Its pretty small and in a tiny lobby, but hey its free and kept me fueled all morning. :)
My two gripes are lack of blankets and no answer when I call the office. Its cold in the rooms at night and the bed is made up of a sheet and a THIN blanket… that’s it. We had to blast the heater for a while to warm up. While we were on our way to the hotel from Bodega Bay, I wanted to call the office with a couple questions. No answer, no answer for two hours. I tried over and over, no answering machine, nothing. But upon arrival the clerk was in the office.? Strange.
Also, in the morning, a irate guest made her loud accusations while we were getting our breakfast. Accusing the clerk of charging her card twice, and in a very rude manner. The clerk was professional and in the end stood up for herself since the guest made a personal attack on her upbringing. The clerk was professional, nice, friendly with us. The guest seemed a bit unglued and a bit «out of it». She made such a fuss even to the point of explaining her situation to all of us just waking up getting our coffee. But she LOADED up on an immense amount of food from the breakfast. Yeah… real classy there. Anyway, aside from early morning dramatics, we had a pleasant stay. No its not the Hilton, but it definitely has its charm. :) I would stay again.

Cute rooms, hardwood floors, large closet space, comfortable bed, clean stand-​up showers. Thought this place was great place to stay, for the money, when visiting SF. It was so comfy & cozy that it felt like you were in your own room, with your own TV and the coffee maker (though, they give you free Starbucks coffee and OJ’s w/​complimentary breakfast in the morning). Oh yeah, and free parking right in front of the room! The staff are courteous and nice and i loved the fact that it was so close to SF that i could drive there and back twice in one night. I only stayed one night, but i might stay longer next time i visit!

We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep on the last night of our trip to the Bay Area. We found Alpine Inn & Suites through Unilocal.I think that, overall, the reviews given are an accurate depiction of what you can expect. We were there during the «off-​season,» so was probably quieter than peak season. Rooms were cute and clean. Parking available right outside our room. Check in was easy.
A few complaints:
Was told breakfast would be available in the morning but by the time we go there (within the promoted time period) there was literally nothing left. Probably would only have been a danish and coffee anyway, which was being served in a little nook, in the very small foyer used for check in.
The only other complaint we have is that we accidentally took one of their washcloths. It ended up in our suitcase and they charged us $ 20. We called to apologize and let them know it was a mistake — but the charges remained.
Customer service pretty mediocre, but otherwise a good experience. Much better options than what we found at similar price point in the area. Would stay there again.

I decided to spend the night here to save myself a commute to the city however I wish I went back home. I got woken up twice and told the person at the front and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I wish I just went back home and got a good night sleep.
Never again!

Ugh, when will I learn!!! It is always better to pay more for a hotel, ALWAYS!!!
I had a pleasant check-​in, the girl was really friendly. The hotel makes a really big deal about their no smoking policy (understandably so!), it is $ 100 if you smoke in the room. When I got to the room, I was looking in the drawer for the remote and there was a half smoked cigarette laying in the drawer.
I immediately went back to the office to let the girl know so that I wouldn’t be charged the $ 100 since it was obviously already there. She was grateful that I alerted her, but she didn’t come remove it from my room or anything. I thought that should have been done but whatever.
Also, kind of frightening worrying whether the room was actually cleaned or not.
I did the standard things you do in a hotel… shower, channel surf and then got ready for bed and TRIED to go to sleep. The people next door had their TV on the entire night and the walls are paper thin. When I say the entire night, I’m not talking until 1 or 2 am, I mean all night. When I left at 8 am that damn thing was still blaring. Not sure how the hell people sleep like that, but it sure kept me up all night. I literally felt like I was in their room with them watching TV it was so loud. Called office, they do not offer earplugs, great.
Not only was I kept up by the TV, but the refrigerator every five or ten minutes makes crazy loud noises like a plane is taking off. The blanket they provide was also one of the thinnest I have seen, so on top of everything I was freezing.
The only good thing about this place was the Starbucks coffee they offer in the morning during their complimentary breakfast.
