So this isn’t my first time eating Which Wich but it is my first time at this location. I don’t know what was going on but I think the manager may have been auditing the employees, not sure why that was happening during business hours. But anyways the place looked clean BUT behind the counter/kitchen are/where your food is being made was dirty!!! The workers were talking over he food and looked so sloppy. The lady took my sandwich out the oven early so my bread wasn’t cooked all the way. Smh. Never coming here ever again.

I just moved close to this location and I have gone often. The sandwiches are great and they have an awesome variety. The staff is also very energetic and amusing and always chat with you while you wait for the food to finish being prepped.

Omg… Where do I start? They only got 2 stars from me because the ladies were nice & it was my birthday so I got a free sandwich & drink. The place is clean but the patio tables & chairs are rusted & old. The chairs were stacked up on the inside of the store, so I had to unstack a couple & take them outside. Inside of the restaurant was like 60° it was freezing cold. Now I’m a frequent customer of which which but I usually go to the one that is inside Northpark mall. My sandwich here was following apart, the bread wasn’t even fully cooked it was almost white. There was way too much mustard on it, I felt like I was eating a mustard sandwich. I couldn’t eat my sandwich like a sandwich I had to get a fork and pretend it was a salad and the bread the side. My boyfriend vegetarian sandwich and even he didn’t like the taste of it. He said something about it just tasted off from what we normally get at the other restaurant. If you’re looking for the great taste of which which don’t go here. Make the trek to the one inside the mall the quality is so much better.

Love the sandwich and chips, not the price. This place is unique in the fact the you walk in and grab a long brown bag and check off the boxes of what you want your sandwich to include. You hand the bag to the cashier and then pay a right arm and a leg.(My pizza sandwich and chips was $ 11.00) The sandwich was absolutely delicious. It was hot and pizza-esque and I would definitely order again if I felt super rich. The original house chops are salt and pepper and although they are delis opus you get very few and they come wrapped in plastic wrap and then brown paper bagged. I feel that there are many great sandwich shops around they area and therefore it does not justify me spending that much when I can go up the road and visit Another sandwich shop for less, or get a firmer for a couple bucks more. You can decide. I gave it four stars because of the food I didn’t think it fair to give them 3 stars when you can determine your fist desire yourself.

Service was terribly slow. We waited more than 10 minutes to get a sandwich with only 3 sandwiches in front of us! No motivation to make any effort to produce sandwiches in a timely manner.

Great service great sandwich. Easy to use menus well to some. Just check the box with what you want. Some people act like is a pop quiz. I recommend the meatball sub it’s off the chain.

Sandwich tasted great even though it was missing one of my ingredients and that they charged me 7.75 instead of 7.50 for my meatball sandwich. I didn’t get extras

This location is across the street from Medical City Dallas and I was there visiting my grandma. My sister and I ordered online and picked it up in store. I am not sure if they made the sandwiches too early, but my sister said that her sandwich was soggy and I just felt that mine was«off», but I could not figure out why. I get the same sandwich each and every time I go to Which Wich, so I know what my sandwich is suppose to taste like. Anyways apparently they stopped doing the punch cards and are now switching to a frequent buyer card that they swipe instead. I am not sure how it works yet since I was in a rush and did not really get a chance to ask. I do not frequent Which Wich often — I maybe go once every 2 – 3 months. Regardless, I still love Which Wich, but maybe not this location in particular. I usually order the gyro and my sister gets the chicken sandwich with lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette, crispy onion strings, candied walnuts, provolone, and mushrooms. The medium size looks like a large size to us! It is suppose to be 10.5 inches, but it looks like it could be a footlong. I definitely like the online ordering because I was in and out of here in less than 3 minutes. This is very useful when it gets super busy during lunch time.

Food is good but had to wait 45 minutes for a bowl, 2 sandwiches and a PB&J. Then two of the 4 orders were wrong or missing items.

Payam(the owner) has put his heart and soul into this place and it is evident in every detail. Sure, there are dozens of Which Wich’s all over town. But, having spoken to him from his first opening week, I know all the ways he’s poured himself into the franchise to make it a wonderful experience for customers. The team he has recruited and nurtured are top notch, for one thing. They exceed any similar shop’s own. He must really pore over scads of applications to find the cream of the crop. Innovations differentiate him from other Which Wich’s. His was the first I noticed to add salads. And the option to toast or not toast your bread. And the larger bread sizes for hungrier appetites. I did go in for almost daily meals and had to cut back, but I still have this place at the top of my sandwich spot list and you should, too!

When the line for Chipotle is going through the door, like during lunch time, I wakl a few doors down for a chicken sandwich. They have great tasting subs, a good combination of sauces and spices and soft bread. They’re usually pretty quick during the lunch rush and the owner Payam remembers the regulars(hint: me) which is always pleasant. Overall, it’s a good alternative to the typical sandwich joints(Subway, Jimmy John’s, Quiznos, PotBelly).
