Do not use their consignment service. I have placed stuff at their store and i was supposed to have received an itemized list. The lady couldn’t do it at the time since she was busy stroking her little lap dogs hair. i have emailed them two or three times asking about my stuff with no response. my 3 month consignment ended so i called and asked about the money, they said i had 27 dollars which is ridiculous. i had almost 10 dresses with tags still on them ranging from200−400 dollars. i think they cheat and am not happy.

I was there 11/​16/​2012. I loved this place. The store is very clean and well staged. Do not expect everything to be organized by size or category. This is more of a fun boutique and you don’t know where to look because there are awesome shoes and bags all over the place. There is a huge selection of Italian designer clothes, shoes and handbags. Unfortunately, the prices are on the high side of resale but the merchandise is in great shape and not smelly nor dusty. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and patient with me, I spent a couple of hours browsing and trying on shoes. Connie, Camille and especially Timothy were super attentive and fun. I will definitely shop there again when I’m in Dallas.
After that, I visited Clothes Circuit and they did not even great me or acknowledge me at any time while I browsed. This made me appreciate even more the awesome staff at Uptown Consignment.

Can I start by saying just because you were featured on «Big Rich TX» doesn’t give you the right to own up to that! Come down to earth! This place sucked. Some of the items that were priced sky high would have never made it in the door at Secondi in Dupont Circle in Washington D.C. The store workers were not helpful and perhaps because we were three size 14 – 18 size gorgeous black beauties. Let’s just say we visited three or four other consignment stores in TX and we all purchased something at each one and enjoyed our shopping experience.
The store was also confusing to manuever around in. My girlfriend asked about size 10 shop options and was directed to a corner of the store. The place was a maze…
Won’t return… hated it!

This place is awesome! I can come here and buy designer stuff for my mom and wife without paying retail price. They have very fine labels here and the price is excellent! Luckily I have Connie and Camile (the owners) to guide me to the right stuff bc I honestly have no clue! 5 stars for me!

I was very unhappy with their plus size section, it was absolutely terrible. Also they organized by color instead of size. I would think that a consignment store would have better organization than the common good will. Their shoes were overpriced as well. Yes, I know that these are top brands but let’s not forget that these have already been worn by someone else. I will not be returning.

I can’t say one bad thing about this store. Camille and Connie (owners) are amazing, friendly, helpful, and fabulous! They have created an absolutely beautiful and inviting space with the most gorgeous clothes and accessories.
You can find anything from a colorful, trendy $ 10 blouse to a pair of Louboutins or Dolce and Gabbana dress. Every fashion taste can be satisfied browsing the heavenly racks.
Trust me. If you love fashion, no matter your budget, you will find something that fits your style! A Louis Vuitton bag is within your reach!!!
