If I could bring a pillow and spend the night I would never leave.
Staff is as knowledgeable as I’ve ever encountered in a liquor store.
Wine choices? Better than I could ever imagine. They’ve got everything! Including a Cab Franc that I’m recently obsessing over.
Liquor? Very competitive pricing as well. I use Sigel’s as my Liquor shop primarily.
I have yet to check out the beer side of the building because I was overwhelmed last two times I was in but TW&M certainly gets my five star vote.

I love coming to this location for my beer, wine, or spirits. It truly is an alcohol hotspot. While I don’t often get to the store because it’s across town for me, this is my first choice over a Spec’s or grocery store choice.
The service is always friendly, even when double checking my ID (because I look about 12 and I’m a long way from home). They are always pleasant, being willing to go out of their way to find that special beverage I’m wanting.
And sometimes, there are presentations from a local brewery with FREE samples!
I’ll be back!

AMAZING Experiences at this store.
Every single person who works here has gone above and beyond to be helpful and is extremely knowledgeable.
We have purchased both beer and wine here. The gentlemen in the beer section were able to make recommendations for the single beers based on what we were looking to try– and their suggestions were flawless.
Even better yet, are the wine suggestions we have received. Last week, I walked up to an employee and asked for a good red suggestion for someone who does not typically like reds– but rather whites and sweeter whites at that. He suggested ‘San Antonio Sweet Red’ (made in CA, not TX) and boy was I impressed! This is honestly my favorite red now. At about $ 13 its not that expensive and really gave me a great sense of trust in their suggestions and opinions.
We also asked another gentleman for a suggestion on the spanish wines– as we were looking for a specific type of grape and he knew exactly what he was talking about– especially when the one we wanted to try was already sold out.
I would highly suggest this place– and urge you to ask for their recommendations. A true gem!

So here’s the good part. When you walk into Total Wine, you are expecting alcohol to be sold there. There’s lots of it! So to be clear, if you are expecting booze, you will be pleased as the variety is awesome and for wine drinkers like myself, there’s LOTS.
I prefer the Plano location over this location if service is the question; I honestly feel like they have a better edge on going the extra mile for the customer. That being said, this location is still very well stocked and staffed and can provide with the tools you need to seek your everlasting wine or booze buzz.
My experience here has been pleasant and the staff is usually friendly and ready to help. I’ve had a few limited experiences where some staff members didn’t exactly make me feel welcome or were too busy to acknowledge me, but it wasn’t enough for me to leave without my big bottle-​o-​Patron Silver.
If I could reach out to the store and give one message it would be a quote from the great «Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure» and I’d say «treat everyone excellent».

Huge selection of spirits and wine, great prices, helpful staff and there are always free samples! :) I’m a fan!

Very rude to foreigners!!! FYI, Texas regulations does not restrict the types of IDs required to purchase alcohol. Just because i have a foreign ID doesnt mean you have to be rude about it.

This place sucks! They kicked me out because i forgot my I. D and I was just accompanying my brother in law who was buying wine. I told the cashier I would leave since that was what she told me to do and yet she still didn’t let my brother in law buy his wine!

I have died and gone to wine heaven, in Dallas, Texas, of all places. I could build a house out of all those cardboard boxes (they have wooden boxes somewhere. Upgrade!) and stay there forever. This from someone who lived in Napa, CA for 7 years, who happens to be back in AR now 4 years. Some in our group over-​nighting to the State Fair of Texas, were looking for liquor, not wine, and this was the nearest place (although close to Spec’s). Expecting good, but not great I walk in to see the first display of skeleton bottles of some kind of liquor that would be great under my ‘Day of the Dead’ Christmas tree this year. I pass them up for the long wine cellar I spy against the front wall. This may be good… Nope. It was… grand. Licking the glass doors, I made my way down to the end: Château Haut-​Brion. Just warms the heart looking at them all. They have bottles in there for $ 5K and some are more. 2005 was a great year for everybody, and my favorite year. Unless you start going back decades! You know, like before I was born. By now I think I was spinning like a ballerina and a clerk came up to me, to see if I needed assistance. Nope, I’m good, although a little confused or dizzy, from the signage. Not sure how the store is laid out, and I’m on the hunt, thirsty for New World Pinot Noirs. What’s at the back of the store stops me dead in my tracks. A Big Classroom. For tasting. The doors are open (insert music here), and I walk inside. ‘Honey, I’m home!’ This was my world back in California, and dammit I loved it. I strike up a conversation with the clerk now following me, and explain my history so he knows I’m not really a freak, and ask for the Pinot Noir section. Aisle 3, or 8, or did he say 15? This place is huge, and I will have to go back. It’s only a little over 4 hours away, unless you are with a bunch of smokers, or pee-​ers, or eaters.
Needless to say the Pinot Noir section was splendid. What to choose? And price? They cover it all. Top to bottom. I overheard another customer saying she was confused on what to buy, talking about not being able to spend over $ 16 on a bottle very often. I so wanted to speak up, but didn’t, in fear of sounding like a contestant on ‘The Price Is Right’. After fondling a few bottles along the way, and passing up Merry Edwards, I spy a whole row of Ken Wright Cellers. All about $ 44. What to do? What to do? What the hell, it’s my birthday next month. I take home a KWC 2013 Savoya Vineyard Pinot Noir I can share with my niece who’s birthday is in October.

Best combination of selection and great prices. More types of beer than I can keep up with. Inexpensive stuff and rare.

You know your a drunkard when walking through the aisles here makes you giddy and when people ask what you want for your birthday or Christmas and you tell them a Total Wine gift card.
I can fill up a shopping cart full every visit… you’d think I have lots of parties. We don’t. I just love to drink.
If you want it — they got it. Seriously — wines from all over the world. Scotch, whiskey, bourbon, vodkas — local and chain brands, huge beer selection. Just imagine if Sams Club ONLY sold alcohol… you’d get as close to a Total Wine description as I can give you with that analogy.

Being new to Dallas, it was weird not being able to buy a bottle of alcohol at any local grocery store. Little did I know, grocery stores only sell beer and wine. I’d have to go to a liquor mart to get hard alcohol or go to Total Wine.
I was in the area and decided to stop by to stock up. The bottle I got was way cheaper than a liquor mart I went to a few weeks ago.
Would definitely come here since they have a huge selection of stuff and many different sizes to suit your needs.

I went here because a friend recommended this place to me and I am so glad she did! This is the department store for adult beverages. I went here for one item and walked out with several! The aisles are separated by type (brandy, cognac, scotch, vodka, etc.) The beer is also separated by singles, six packs and cases. You can buy wine glasses, beer glasses, wine bottle holders, snacks, juices, mixers, pourers, etc. There are a ton of refrigerated items as well. I was in here for a while walking around checking everything out. I had two workers ask if I needed assistance during my visit. I was looking for another item and a worker radioed someone in the front of the store and found the last item that was in a basket for restock and they held it for me until I was ready to check out. I will drive out this way when I need something again. Prices are reasonable too. Oh, don’t bother asking independent workers stocking shelves for assistance; they are not allowed to talk to customers.

This is one of the largest selections of craft beer that you can find in Dallas.
Though the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare around the weekends and holidays, I can always seem to squeeze myself in on the side of the building to go inside and get the best beer money can buy. If you’re looking for a rare craft beer release, check with the customer service desk as soon as you walk in and you’ll be given the best and rarest available. Speaking of, I’m off to pick up a PAA Bible Belt! Prost!

Remember when you were a little kid, and your mom told you that she was taking you to Toys ‘R Us, so you could buy something with your birthday money? Remember the excitement that used to flood through your veins as those automatic doors opened to what seemed like Toy Heaven with unlimited options? In the voice of George Lopez, «You member!». This store is just like that, except for adults.
This place is truly the best liquor store in the area. Their selection cannot be beat, and on top of that, they have the best prices as well. They have everything from cheap, no-​name brands to bottles greater than $ 100. Although other stores have similar prices, *cough* Spec’s *cough*, you don’t have to pay with cash or a debit card to get the lowest price here.
If you’re lucky, there will be samples throughout where you can try something new before you have to commit to a purchase. On top of that, the staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just tell them what you like, and they will find you something to match your tastes and budget. So far, I’ve had two recommendations made to me, and both have been real winners.
In addition to a great selection, and the lowest prices, they also offer classes/​tastings for learning more about wine and beer. All things considered, the best store to fill your liquor cabinets around.

Now this is how a wine/​liquor store should be. Large, clean, and classy. With plenty of wine from all parts of the world, this store definitely lives up to the first half of its name. But what about the & More?
The liquor selection is neatly divided into sections that are clearly labeled (both above the display and overhanging from the aisles like you’d see in a grocery store) making it very easy to navigate. They have a designated booth area similar to what you’d see at HEB or Whole Foods where they often have tastings. The store is also conveniently divided into Beer/​Liquor/​Wine so you know where to go.
The part that is most lacking at Total Wine & More was their mixers. And honestly, that makes me happy. While it might be convenient, mixers are usually overpriced anyway, and if they dedicate that floor space to having a larger selection of what you’re really there for (read: alcohol), then that’s just a good job by them. That said, they do have the essentials for what you’d need (though I’d have to double check for more exotic items like orgeat syrup).
Total Wine & More quickly made its way to the top of my list of go-​to liquor stores if I don’t mind making a small drive out. Their prices are great, and they have a great selection to choose from. Easily 5 stars for a wine/​liquor store in my book.

Total wine ruins wine/​liquor buying at all other places for me. I’m at other stores and I look at a bottle of J Lohr for $ 18.99 and I shake my head and I just KNOW i can get it here for $ 9. So I go thirsty until I make my way back up here for the awesome prices.
The store is still nicer than any other discount place in town and the prices are still cheaper. You need hooch? GO.

Yay! An extremely large selection of wine and not too far from Specs in case you want a change of pace.
I had a floor manager or something ask me if I needed help, I said yes… actually I do. I’ve been looking for a specific craft beer all December and they were the first to have it in stock. I wasn’t about to settle for a 6 pack only though, so I got him to help me clean them out. I got all 2.5 cases and he didn’t put up a fight or give me the whole «gotta save some for other customers» deal. He went personally to the back and got the inventory for me.
Got to say that was a very nice way to experience a store for the very first time. I was very happy leaving there and will definitely be back for my wine and beer needs!

An alcoholics wonderland where I found the chocolate raspberry pretzel Voodoo ale by Rogue with the killer art illustration I’ve been looking for, Bookers was a low price at $ 40, and the selection of liquor and beer overall was large and of good value.
Chocolate bitters, stingray rum from Carrollton, an infinite selection of small travel bottles made me too overwhelmed, and thirsty, to check out the large wine selection.
I could spend a fortune here.
It made me sort of think, forget spending money on a holiday meal, just buy a turkey and spend the rest on booze.

Cheapest beer in Dallas hands down. 6.99 Rahr and Sons 6 pack this place has everything. If I could give six stars I would.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. 5 stars! Total Wine is HUUUUGEEE! The selection and pricing is unbelievable! I fall in love every time I step foot through the automatic doors. lol (i sound like an alchie) Wines, liquors, beers, snacks, mixers, etc etc. Since there’s such a vast variety of alcohol, the knowledgeable staff are always on the floor to help you. At certain times on thursday/​friday/​saturday there is wine tasting at the stand on the far right back area… I come here for all my alcohol because it is THAT cheap and it’s really nice inside so it makes you want to shop haha.
ALSO — 1.75L of Crown Royal for $ 45? YES PLEASE :)
