This is a very late post but worth posting — and I’m not as angry now so there will b no cursing — we basically got screwed by the sales guy — he kept telling us about getting a gift card if we bought 3 appliances — when our purchase was done — which took weeks — in the end when it was all finally done we waited for our gift card which we were told we would get it in the mail. We never got it– a month later I called I spoke with two different people including the sales guy who acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. It’s the only reason why we stayed to purchase with this company — the dang gift card! because we needed multiple appliances– we won’t shop with them again —

I bought 30k worth of Viking appliances from this store inside best buy. The appliances keep breaking and the service department is rude and lethargic. Don’t ever buy Viking.
